Beau and I walked out of the cafe doors. He nudged me.
"My place?" he asked.
"Sounds great to me." I said with a smile.
"Oh, can we stop off at the beach?" Beau asked.
I nodded.
"I'm sorry about before." he said.
"Well we know one thing. Never to hire Beau as a waitor at the cafe." I joked.
Beau laughed.
"You need to get some more upper arm strength." I said cheekily.
"What!? Me! I've got the biggest guns you'll ever see! Look at these babies!"
I couldn't help but crack up laughing.
He showed me his muscles. They were pretty big. We walked down to the sand. Beau walked along the waters edge, and I walked next to him, being careful not to go near the water. There were five other people at the beach. Beau flicked some water at me. I stood there, shocked as ever.
"Beau!" I cried.
"Water fight?" he asked.
"Don't you know anything!?" I screamed and dived into the water.
Beau stood there on the sand, all alone. I felt kind of bad for the poor guy. I quickly swam to Rangitoto.
