"Hey, um my cousin is coming into town," He blinked as I said this. "Can she come too?"
"Absolutely! That would be great!" He smiled.
"Her name is Maddison."
"That's a LONG name!"
"Like Jacob Dylan isn't?"
"Yeah okay you got me!"
"We call her Maddie, so I guess you can too!"
He locked eyes with me. I smiled mischeviously. He smiled back. He looked at my lips. Oh god, he is OKAY! No! I can't! I won't! I won't give him what he wants! Not now anyways..
"Let's go get some cake, okay?" I said awkwardly. "I love cake, everybody likes cake! C'mon!"
"Um." He grabbed my arm. "I know you like me."
"Stop. Jacob Dylan. I can't right now. I'm sorry."
