° Your POV °

The car ride to the bowling alley was anything but boring. Luke's mom drove while we sat beside each other in the backseat. Not knowing what to say, Luke did a lot of initiating conversation. We made a lot of small talk, because I didn't want to mess up my first meeting with his mom. She's a very sweet and endearing lady, but still I want my first impression to be a good one. After all she needs to trust me enough to have her son over for a sleepover.

°Luke's Mom POV°

"So, (y/n), this bowling alley has an arcade. You interested in getting demolished in some games?" My son asked. She scoffed and said, "I never lose." I glance between them in the mirror. He smiles so sweetly towards her. Ah, my dear child, I truly hope this works out for you. After all, you two are pretty cute together. The thought of my child dating made me chuckle, to which Luke turned his attention toward me. "Why'd you laugh, Mom?" I glance back in the mirror, and then direct my focus to the road again. "Oh nothing. I'm just thinking about the future." They 'Oh'ed and went back to chatting. Seems like she finally became more open and comfortable after more conversation with him.

° Luke POV °

As the bowling game came to an end I was made aware that (y/n) wasn't as bad as she said she was. Her very last bowl was a strike, which put her in the lead, solidly. She turned and taunted me, "Well, games now?" I thought and said, "Beat you there!" I yeeted myself towards the arcade room and quickly found myself stopped, wondering where she was. I turn to see her stopped at a Guitar Hero system. "This one?" I question. She replied, starry-eyed, "Oh, absolutely."
As the game progressed I slowly lost track of my focus. It all turned to her. I was mindlessly playing while watching her. She looked so cute even when she was zoned out. How did I even manage to get her to tag along? "What are you even doing? I told you I'd beat you without a doubt!" She exclaimed. The game came to an end and I let out an exasperated sigh. "You'll never beat me at basketball. I mean, you saw how good I was at school." I said with a wink and smirk.
The rest of the night went by in a flash. It feels like time had never flown by faster. Every chance I had I made sure to take in everything about her. These moments are the ones I'm going to remember clearly if it's the last thing I do.
Soon enough we found ourselves walking to her porch. "Well tonight sure was fun." I said. She replied and began talking about her thoughts. "Yeah! I still cant believe I beat you at everything. I even beat you at basketball!" She jokingly laughed maniacally. We said our goodbyes after expressing our love for the outting. I turned as she waved and began to open her door. I couldn't hold myself back. As she was turned, I pulled her into a hug. I held her waist as my forehead was pressed against her head. Her hair smelled of peaches. OH CRAP. What am I doing? I let go and began sprinting to the car. I turned, smiled, and waved to her saying, "See you later, Guitar Girl!"
The whole ride home my mom nagged at me. "So, darling. How was that hug?" She would laugh sweet-heartedly, but I just denied everything. I mean this makes no sense. How can I have fallen for her so quickly?
I log into my account as soon as I get home, and join a party with Delirious, Mini, Nogla and Vanoss. As soon as I join quieted snickering is heard. Mini says, "So?" in a voice that begs to be blown away. "So what?" I asked, acting oblivious. "Don't screw around," Vanoss starts, "the date. How was your date with  (y/n)?"

° Delirious POV °

After Cartoonz joined the call my mind was filled with questions. "It was great! We both had a ton a fun, and any time together is a good time indeed." Mini and Vanoss said some words of encouragement and congratulations. Nogla asked with an agitated voice, "But, does she like you?" Cartoonz was silent then responded with a defeated but hopeful, "I don't know." Under his breath Nogla tried to mumble, "Good, she better not."
Vanoss immediately chuckled, which turned into outright laughter. "Nogla! Are you serious, dude? You too?" Nogla stuttered his words, never getting anything actually out. "Alright!" Vanoss began, clearing the party, "We need to get this straight. Clearly some people in our friend group have fallen for (y/n). It is our duty to know which of us it is. So-" I cut him off yelling, "We got a spy mission boys!"
