Itachi was in his and shisui's apartment, he was making breakfast as the TV was on, it was on the news.

And breaking news it seems the akatsuki strikes again, a man was found murder in a ditch and the akatsuki claimed they were responsible for it. The victims name has yet not been released.

" Again?, Man these guys can never get enough can they "

Itachi turned around to see shisui, his best friend and now boyfriend.

Shisui walks over to him and kisses him on the lips, itachi kisses him back and shisui pulls away and hugs him from behind and leans his head on his shoulder.

" What you making? "

" Bacon and eggs "

Shisui smirks and starts to kiss itachi's neck, itachi was wearing a black robe and underneath he was only wearing his boxers. And as for shisui he was in his police uniform.

Itachi Blushes and pants, he feels shisui undo the tie on his robe. He opens it and he touches his chest and moves his hand up to his left nipple.

Shisui smirks as he feels itachi arch his back in lightly, shisui felt himself get turned on by itachi's moans.

He hangs up and shisui groan and looks at itachi.

" Sorry works calls "

He had turn around and was facing shisui and he looked up to him, shisui put his hands on his hips.

" Oh don't worry I won't, I'll make sure we continue "

He leans up and kisses him, and shisui kisses him back and they pull away.

" Got to go I'll see you later "

Shisui grabs his car keys and walk out the apartment, itachi smiled he couldn't be more happier than to be with him. His family didn't know of their relationship so that part worried him. But he was happy and besides he's legal age to be dating shisui, after all he is nineteen and was bearly going to enroll into the police academy.

He turned off the stove and covers the eggs, he looks at the TV and frowns at the news, but shakes his head and decided to get ready for work.

Shisui was at work with fugaku, they had just finished questioning the family and friends of a victim who was found dead in a alleyway earlier today.

" Man the akatsuki are getting out of hands "

" Yes, and that's why we're going to put a stop to them "

Shisui nods his head and him and fugaku start to sort out the possible reasons why the akatsuki would murder this man.

But suddenly the TV in the small room starts to static and they didn't know why, but suddenly the TV goes black and then shows a figure which seems to be staticing in black and purple.

" Greetings people of Konoha, I am pein and I am god. I am the leader of the gang know as the akatsuki "

Fugaku and shisui run out of the room, and see the TV in the break room too had the same fellow on it.

" I am here today to say I don't like how Konoha is being run, or anything. So I am here to declare war against Konoha and the uchiha Police force. And anyone who stands in my way will be killed, I have myself an army of men and won't be afraid to kill anyone, so stay out of my way, otherwise you will be killed "

And after that the TV statics and goes back to what they were watching, and everyone was pretty freaked out. Shisui turns to fugaku and fugaku seemed pretty shocked.

' what do we do now? "

" We protect Konoha, we won't be letting these guys win "

Shisui nods his head in determination, but couldn't help but feel something was wrong.
