"so you don't want me? okay, i see how it is." jeno was about leave the auditorium without jaemin, but the younger promptly pulled him back by his arm.
"stop twisting my words jeno. i love you as much as i love renjun." pulling jeno a bit closer, he pressed a quick kiss on the latter's cheek to prove his point.
jeno just looked at the other male with a knowing stare and responded with, "you're totally taking advantage of this boyfriends thing huh?"
"yup." jaemin said, popping the 'p' and started to skip out of the auditorium, still holding onto jeno's arm.
that day was like any other day for the new couple. jaemin completely clingy and following his boyfriends like a lost puppy, giving them some sneak attack kisses here and there. jeno playfully hitting jaemin on the arm whenever he kissed him, then complaining to renjun about it being 'sexual harassment'. then renjun rolling his eyes and sighing in disappointment at his boyfriends' actions, but we all know he loves them with all his heart.
all in all, they were just being a giant uwu mess. and anyone that passed them wished they had a fraction of what they had.
anyways, renjun wasn't able to attend jaemin's cold read like jeno did, due to competition preparations. the chinese male had finally finished the painting, completely satisfied with its outcome yet totally nerved out about jaemin and jeno seeing it.
you couldn't blame him though. sure, he already knows jaemin and jeno would dote over anything he creates, but that doesn't stop the tiny minuscule part of his mind to think otherwise. and when renjun starts to overthink, he begins nitpicking absolutely everything.
"oh! how about we surprise renjun with something?" jaemin suggested while they walked out of one the school's exits.
"what do we surprise him with then?" jeno asked back, moving jaemin's hand to interlock them instead.
"another moomin plu—"
"he has way too many of those already. i'm sure he's going to be drowned in moomin plushes at the rate you're going."
jaemin pouted, "so what? i like to spoil the people i love."
"i know, i know. just—let's get him something other than moomin. plus, i think your wallet should take a break on the overpriced plushies."
