Iam_Mirrage's Author Interview

1. What is your username means? What is the story behind it?

*Iam_Mirrage, Mirrage means My rage. Mi as in 'my'. The R is just an additional letter to make it look better. It means, I am my own rage. I used to write when I'm mad. Good and bad comes after it. What I wrote was the product of my outburts.

2. Can you still recall the first time you've wrote your first story? Share your experiences in the process.

* I wrote my very first story in high school. Since laptops and PCs were far from reach, I wrote it in notebooks. It took me 5 notebooks to finish that story. Writing it filled my time with fun and excitement from my few readers that time. It was pure hardwork. That story was innocent and playful. Whenever I try to read that one, I feel shy every time. It feels so childish but cute. Young love.

3. If you're going back to the past, what would you change in your own author career or stories?

* I would go back to my peak and should've written some more. I would go back to the time where I'm always excited to write the update for few readers and the feeling made me happy. I should've not took it for granted. I should've written better. XD

4. Who's your favourite character among all the stories you've written? Why?

* Seri, though she's not on any platform yet. Her character is more realistic. She's a woman with a simple life but still feels empty. She has a great career, she has a family (not the perfect nor dramatic one), she has her own sets of trouble that I can relate... that anyone can relate. She is afraid of her own decisions as well. She can put a fight with anyone and still feels weak. She's smiling on the outside but feels nothing on the inside. She can't choose which is good for her. She's someone I feel the closest.

5. If you're going to create an alternate ending in one of your stories, what story would that be? Why? What ending will it be, if ever?

*Depends on the risk I'm going to take. The lingering feeling it would leave. I can't really tell. It will definitely depend on my mood and the reader's reaction. Sounds murderous. Haha!

*Additional trivia:

The men characters in my stories are usually defined after me. I create them with the characteristics I have and play them along the story.

I wrote my first published book in literally cold, rainy night. After I cried for Miyaka who can't be with Tamahome. You don't know that anime, 90's kid will understand. Hahahahaha~

I enjoy creating the problem for the characters than solving them. That's why my plot twists has a lot of loop holes. I like watching serial murders, podcasts about crimes and interviews of patients from asylums, but I can't watch gore and horror films. I can't sleep in the evening.

I PLAY ML, IF THERE'S ANYONE THERE WHO CAN PLAY RANK WITH ME... PING ME! I NEED TO GET OUT OF EPIC. Lol. Hahahahaha~

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. For getting this far with me. Dreams do come true but you need to work for it, little progress is still a progress. You just have to be patient. :)
