Chapter 1

Franki's POV

"Franki wake up! It's your first day of school here in the Philippines" Yeah right.

My mom decided to go back here in the Philippines, and this is my first time here since I was born and raised in New Zealand. But my mom had a rule when we were in New Zealand, always speak tagalog at home. That is why I know wow to speak in tagalog but with an accent.

"Mom I'm going to go. Bye. Wish me luck. Love you"
"Okay Franki. Take care. Love you too, 'nak"

So, this is it. New school. New environment. No friends. I can do this! I'm not Franki Russell for nothing. Fighting!

This school is so huge! The ground is like a football field. I can see many students chatting with each but most of the girls are like waiting at the airport. Is there a celebrity here?

"OMG my love Diana Mackey!!!"

"We love you, Diana"

"Hi Diana Mackey"

"Diana Mackey can you be mine?"

"She is so hot"

"Can I take you tonight or I can be your dinner?"

I can't believe this! Who is that girl? That's so gross. Like ewww.

Up until now it so sikat pa rin pala the fangirling. Is she that famous here? Maybe? The girls were not going to be like that if not diba? Now, I'm curious about her already.

As I was thinking about them, I looked at my rolex watch to see how many minutes left until my class starts. OMG it's already 7:59 am!!! My class starts at 8 am. I'm just running and nowhere to go. This is so huge. I'm fucking late already. Damn! Where's my room? Where is Arts and Communication Building?

Finally! After 15 minutes I found it. Thank you, Lord there is still no prof. I entered the room and my classmates looked at me. I'm just wearing ripped jeans and crop top and partnered my favorite old skool vans. Maybe I'm just new?

"We have a new classmate here. Hi, will you sit beside me?" He looks like what do they say. Manyak? I deadma him and walk towards the back because it's so awkward. I don't have any friends here. I'm an introvert person. If you don't talk to me, I will not talk to you. Also, this is my first time to change school with no friends at all. I hope I can find a matinong friend.

There is a lady in her 40's that entered our room. I think she is our prof.

"Good morning class!" And yes, I'm right!
"Good morning, maam"
"This is your first day and I want you to introduce yourself" Ugh I really hate this part of school.

"Ma'am we're already in our 2nd year. I think this is not necessary" One of my classmates stand up with an upset face.

"No, I want to know all of you. Remember I'm your professor so you will do what I told you to do inside this classroom"

We can't do anything and proceed to introducing ourselves.

Now it's my turn.

"Good morning classmates. My name is Franki Russell. 19 years old. I'm new here in the Philippines because we migrated here from New Zealand. I hope we can be friends!"

I heard some my classmates say

"She's so pretty"

"Oh, bro I'm going to get her number later"

"Bro dineadma niya ako kanina"

"She's so hot"

"I'm going to ask her out later"
