To say that William wasn't even slightly attracted to Elizabeth would be one of the most obvious lies.
He simply could not take his eyes of her the moment she had walked in dressed in nothing but a black bikini.
He thanked the lord above for he was in the water already, and the proof of his attraction towards her could not be seen.Pulling himself together he directed all his mind into swimming laps across the pool, with Charles.
The three ladies lounged at the pool side, which worked well for him, so that he could get a clear view of Lizzie in her swim suit.
After an hour or so, Jane and Caroline also decided to join the men in the pool, and while William anticipated Lizzie to join as well, he noticed the dark haired woman fast asleep.
This was the second time he was gazing at her sleeping form. She looked so serene and peaceful and he had a sudden urge to wrap himself around her and sleep next to her, but then his rational brain stopped him again.
He did not want to get into a relationship. For they were meant for starry eyed fools and not men, specially not for him.
As the sun came down, everyone gathered their things to move in. Jane decided that it was best to let Lizzie sleep for a little bit more, before she wakes up herself as it would prevent her from getting cranky and simply covered her sister up with a soft duet.
William stalled a little, not wanting to leave his lady of admiration behind but gave into the peer pressure and went ahead with the rest of them.

Lizzie woke up from her slumber, deeply satisfied and rejuvenated. She seldom got to sleep so peacefully, for her work and family always kept her busy in something or the other.
She smiled to herself before getting up and gathering her stuff, ready to leave.Making her way to her room, she bumped into Charles and Jane out for an evening stroll and giggled as they blushed at being caught. They quickly changed the topic and invited her to join them for dinner in an hour, to which she agreed and waved them a goodbye.
Her so called vacation had been going quite well so far, for she had successfully managed to avoid the company of one particular Ms. Bingley and Mr. Darcy and she hoped for her luck to continue.
