In the morning I woke up rubbing my eyes. I sat straight up and groaned quietly as I saw the book still there. I walked over to it and went through the empty pages before I saw more letters that had appeared.

The text was ink black and the writing was neat. " Alisa " It said. I felt my heart react after reading my own name. Was someone here while I was asleep ? I asked and held the book tightly against myself.

During the next week the book had become my secret obsession.

After every new word my heart ached a little more.

My dreams had become more vivid and the surroundings looked almost the same every night. The forest in them was too green, it was unreal. The dreams always ended way too soon and near the end there was always the same guy holding my hand. The hold was soft, warm and felt safe as ever. I had never seen his face. Never did my mind allow it.

It was the day I usually went for a swim in the lake. This time I carried more with me, more than just a towel. I was holding a brown bag over my shoulder, it held everything I needed with me this time.

As I was finally reaching the familiar rocks I saw someone sitting over one of them.

A male wearing a navy blue hoodie. I went through several options in my head starting from running away as fast as I could. My palms felt sweaty and I tried not to make a sound.

" You finally came here, Alisa " He said and slowly turned around.
