"dont make me shoot" mikasa yelled as she aimed her gun at her old partner who held his claws to Levi throat. 

"can you really shoot me" he smirked and mikasa took a deep breath. 

"yes" Mikasa smirked and pulled the trigger shoot him in the shoulder. 

"ha you really did shoot me" he laughed as he laid on the ground with Levi catching his breath by his feet and mikasa walked over kneeing next to him. 

"I'm not the same mikasa you once know" Mikasa smiled and grabbed his hand. 

"your not the only one who no longer the same" he smiled and mikasa slowly transformed. 

"anything you want to say" Mikasa asked with a gentle smile. 

"did we have a boy or girl" he asked with a small smile. 

"a pretty girl, she looked just like me but with your eyes" mikasa smiled and slowly placed her hand over his chest. 

"I'm so sorry mikasa" he cried as he remember everything he did. 

"no dont be" mikasa weakly smiled. 

"i should have believed you and trusted you as much as you did with me but i let my emotions take over" He cried and held mikasa other hand. 

"it happens to us all" mikasa smiled and let a couple tears fall. 

"stay with me until i fall asleep" he smiled and closed his eyes. 

"sure" mikasa smiled and lifted her hand ready to pull his heart out. 

"just call my name one last time" he ask with a gentle smile and looked into mikasa eyes. 

"Ryan" mikasa smiled as she ripped his heart out, his bright eyes soon turned dulled and closed only leaving the gentle smile on his face. 

"I'm sorry" Levi said with a weak voice and he stood behind her. 

"dont be" Mikasa said and stood up placing Ryan heart in a bag. 

"but" Levi tried to say but was stopped by mikasa. 

"he was lost, he already admitted to eating other monsters before leaving certain bodies for me to find" mikasa sighed. 

"want a hug" Levi asked and opened his arms. 

"you know i just ripped his heart out" Mikasa asked with an eyebrow up. 

"i dont mind getting dirty this once" Levi laughed and mikasa took his offer. 

"thank you" mikasa smiled. 

"its what partners are for" Levi smiled. 

"wanna get some chicken nuggets" Mikasa giggled and Levi broke hug. 

"i think that the best idea ever" Levi smirked and they walked back to the car. 

"good then you can pay" Mikasa smirked and jumped in the car. 

"oh gee thanks" Levi grinned and mikasa smirked. 

"i pay but you gotta show me your true form later" Levi grinned. 

"deal" Mikasa smiled. 

"jake" Owen said from his desk. 

"yeah" jake hummed from his own desk. 

"why dose Levi seem so familial" owen asked. 

"no clue" Jake lied. 

"stop lying or i send an embarrassing photo of you to the news" Owen warned making Jake go pale. 

"you seen some of my past deaths right" jake sighed. 

"yeah" Own hum. 

"i met Levi when he was still a kid, he was a monster hunter and tried to kill me with a spoon but i dont think he remembers" Jake smirks at the memory. 

"why would he work here" Owen asked. 

"because he found out where is crush was being kept and came to stand by her side" Jake grinned. 

"his crush" Own asked. 

"yep, his one true love" Jake smiled. 

"you dont mean" Owen said shocked. 

"yep, he came all this way just to stand next to her" Jake smiled. 

"wow he one smart and dangerous guy" Own grinned. 

"you have no idea" Jake grins. "ever wonder how Ryan became lost so easy and how the others always seemed to betray mikasa" Jake asked with a smirk. 

"you dont mean" Owen said shocked. 

"for someone so short he has a lot of power" Jake smiled. 

"so he been messing with her life since long ago" Owen laughed as everything made sense now. 

"yep and I'm sure all those deaths meant nothing to him since he got what he wanted" Jake smirked. 

"you think mikasa be safe with him" Owen said with a worried smile. 

"I'm sure she will but we might want to keep a eye out since I'm sure he think we a an enemy at some point, we are the only ones left in her life" Jake warned with worry. 

"how scary" Owen shivered. 

"yeah i think i might quit this job and start my own business in another town before i end up being stabbed" Jake sighed. 

"need a helper" Owen smiled. 

"always" Jake grinned. 

"good luck mikasa" Owen giggled. 

TWO YEARS LATER

"mikasa you need to sleep" Levi sighed as he walked into their room with a new case file.

"i will later" Mikasa sighed. 

"no your promised me yester you would sleep but here you are still awake" Levi sighed as he walked over to his bride. 

"but look I'm nearly done" Mikasa smiled and help up a knitted red blanket. 

"it looks amazing but you need sleep, your not just one person anymore" Levi smiled. 

"i know but i cant help but worry when i go to sleep, i feel like this is just a dream" Mikasa frowned. 

"its not, i wont leave your side, i promise" Levi smiled and held mikasa hands in his. 

"thank you Levi" Mikasa smiled and kissed her husband before rubbing her tummy feeling four feet kick her. 

"I'm guessed mika and levy agrees with you going to bed" Levi laughs and mikasa nodded. 

"i go home and sleep, dont over work" Mikasa smiled and stood up. 

"I'm not you" Levi smirked. 

"if i didnt over work then your son and daughter would get board inside of me" Mikasa smiled and walked out. 

"son and daughter, who would have thought they be twins" Levi smiled as he looked at the scan of the twins inside mikasa. 

"and all it took was a little death and trouble around her" Levi smirked as he sits at his desk. 

"she finally all mine and mine alone" he laughed to himself.
