'I don't hate people, they all love me!' Leo grins proudly. 

The lie detector sparks and fizzes violently. 

'Ahh. I forgot Nico broke it when he had his tantrum.' Leo says, gesturing towards it. 'Well, not everyone can be as superior as me.' He bends down and starts to assemble the wires of the machine.

'Well, I hate potty dirt face, Gaea, she killed my mother. I hate Minos, the rich guy with the golden touch. He turned me into a statue, a hot statue. I hate-' 

'That's a lot of hate.' Calypso smiles. 

Leo drops his tools in amazement and runs up to hug her. Only to pass through her and fall on his face.

'It's just a hologram.' She sighs. 'I'm not really here.'

'Oh, right.' Leo smiles weakly. 

'How's Ogygia?'

'Boring.' She says. 'I miss you so much.' 

'I'll go back for you.' Leo promises

Calypso's eyes swell with tears and she smiles at him, her lower lip curling.

'I have to go soon. This hologram doesn't last long.'

'No, stay.' Leo begs

'I'm sorry.' 

'But-'

'Who was the last person you hate?' She asks as she slowly fades.

'The fates.' He murmurs. ' I love you Calypso.'
