~Time skip: 1 week~

Yeonjun slowly opened his eyes and found himself alone. Was it night? Rin was usually entering or was already in the room with food, so it couldn't be morning. He lifted his arms and legs, confirming he was still restrained. What was he to do being up at such a time? Everyone had probably gone home. He turned his head towards the door as he heard it open.

"Oh, I didn't expect to see you awake. Don't mind me. Just doing late night checks." said Rin as he stepped inside.

"I can't fall back asleep..." muttered Yeonjun as he watched Rin walk over to him.

Rin quietly looked over Yeonjun's restraints. He glanced over at Yeonjun then sighed.

"I'm releasing you." said Rin with worry hidden behind his words.

Yeonjun knew what this meant. One slip up and everything could blow up. Rin took off his last restraint then watched as Yeonjun rose from his seated position.

"I'll stay within sight." Yeonjun said as he stuck close to Rin.

Yeonjun watched quietly as Rin checked his restraints. Rin glanced back and was surprised he hadn't made any moves to escape. Now would've been his best chance since hardly anyone was in the building at this time. Though, it wasn't like he couldn't catch him if he tried. The place was nearly a maze.

"Better not be planning to escape." said Rin, setting the tone to see where his thoughts were.

"Doing so would just create bigger problems. Plus, I can't leave without Soobin. I could never." replied Yeonjun as he followed Rin to the other side.

"You're sticking awfully close to me..." muttered Rin then noticed he didn't put him back in his restraints. "Right. Your restraints..."

"Just a bit longer? It's really cramping for my legs sitting like that." Yeonjun pleaded as he wasn't ready to be restrained again.

His legs were screaming for freedom. When they weren't strapped down, they were being put to work. They hardly had time to breathe like this. Rin looked at him and wondered if doing so was a smart idea. Despite being set free, he hadn't made any moves to escape, even with his back turned.

"Fine, but you're going back once I leave." mumbled Rin before turning his attention back to the restraints in front of him.

"Thank you." Yeonjun said happily as he sat down.

His legs happily thanked him as he stretched them out. He started to wonder how long they've been kidnapped and if anyone was looking for them. He knew Soobin's family would be up in arms about him. On his end was a different story. He did have parents who did love him and all, but none of them clicked like they used to. Especially since proof of both his parents cheating rose to the surface.

"Rin, are you close with your family?" Yeonjun asked as he drew invisible circles on the floor.

"I'm busy. Sit there and stay quiet." Rin responded as one of the restraints seemed faulty.

"I'll make a run for it if you don't indulge me." threatened Yeonjun.

Rin sighed heavily then looked back at Yeonjun who stared at him seriously. He couldn't understand his change in demeanor. Whenever he came in, the kid always had something harsh to say. Then he became quiet. Now he was being all friendly. He shook his head and stood up. He was finished anyway. He dragged Yeonjun back over and started to put him back in his restraints. The freedom had gotten to his head.

"Rin, are you going now?" asked Yeonjun.

"Goodnight." Rin said as he walked towards the door.

"I know how to get out of these." said Yeonjun, halting Rin's movements. "I can leave whenever I please."

Rin turned around and seized him by the neck. At the same time, his hood had fallen off, revealing his face. Most of it was covered by a mask.

"There's no way in hell you can break out of these!" Rin seethed as he tightened his grip.

"I... was... joking..." said Yeonjun slowly. Rin released him then sighed. He had been fooled. "You have nice eyes."

Rin gave him a confused look until Yeonjun patted his own head while pointing at him. He reached his hand up then felt horror take over his face. He was definitely going to be yelled at if anyone found out. He hastily put his hood back on then glared at Yeonjun. He was wrong to think he changed. He was still that same conniving little shit he knew.

"Never again. I'll have others bring in your meals from now on." said Rin as he picked up his clipboard.

"I promise I won't tell." Yeonjun said quietly. Rin looked at him wide eyed. "I promise I won't on one condition. You stay here and talk to me until I fall asleep."

His pride as a Lovers overpowered any other feeling he had. He sat down in front of Yeonjun and waited.

"Continuing from before, are you close with family?" Yeonjun asked.

"Yes. I'm closer to my mom than my dad. I had a young sister but lost her due to a shooting on her vacation." said Rin.

"Oh..." muttered Yeonjun as he probably unearthed a touchy subject. "Ever been in a relationship?"

"Yes. Both ended well for both parties." replied Rin. "Both male and female."

"So are you... bisexual?" Yeonjun asked curiously.

"No, pansexual." Rin said. "You could answer some of these you know."

"Ah, well... I don't really click with my parents anymore, but it's not like we hate each other. I've only been in one relationship with a female. It ended badly. She left me for someone else. I guess I'm straight..." said Yeonjun thoughtfully.

Rin sighed as he couldn't believe Yeonjun was willingly sharing information with him. He himself didn't have a choice or else others would find out about his slip up. Though, he secretly admitted that talking to him was a nice change of pace.

"Straight huh. You're missing out." teased Rin.

"What could I possibly be missing out on? Being with a guy is essentially the same as being with a woman except when it comes to sex organs." countered Yeonjun with a huff.

"You won't know until you try it. Anyway, I should really go. I've stayed longer than I said I would." said Rin as he stood up. "See you."

Yeonjun held his head low as he heard Rin leave. He had more questions to ask. He wasn't even the slightest bit tired. It sucked, being separated from Soobin, someone he could talk to. He couldn't help but notice that he's lost his bark towards Rin. He looked at his hands and wondered what was going on with him. He couldn't comprehend why his desire to know Rin continued to overpower his raging hatred for the him.

Yeonjun was awakened by the feeling of being shaken. Two lackeys, no Rin. Kang burst into the room just as the lackeys picked him up.

"Hey, be on your best behavior. We're going to see the head today." Kang said before leading the way.

With something so important going on, shouldn't Rin be with them? He frantically looked around, hoping to spot his figure amongst the many others.

"Calm down and walk." a lackey said as the other nudged him with a blunt object.

Soobin briefly looked back at Yeonjun and wondered what was going on with him. Something was definitely wrong, but how could he find out? They didn't have a secret language and someone could probably figure out their second language. He felt himself being pushed forward and being told to walk faster.

They arrived at two big doors and they were pushed open by two lackeys who waited out front. The path was dimly lit but grew brighter the closer they got to the head's room.
