Deku's POV

"Oh hey Uraraka"

"Hi deku"

"Awww your little one is so cute"

"Umm deku we have to talk about that"

"Sure come in, Kacchan is here too"

As I started to walk inside Uraraka stopped me.

"Can we talk in private"

"Sure let me just tell Kacchan"

I go over to see Kacchan scrolling Instagram.

"Hey Kacchan I'll be right back I'm just gonna go talk to Uraraka"

"Why can't you do it in front of me"

"It's private"

"Tch. Whatever"

I go back and see Uraraka waiting for me with the cute baby in her arms.

"Ok let's talk outside"

"Ok"

"So deku how have you been"

"I have been good, how about you and that adorable baby of yours"

"Deku, it's your kid I'm so sorry I didn't have the heart to tell you but now I have to"

I didnt realize it but I just started to sob I thought about my child having no father like I had I always promised I would be there for my child. I broke my own promise. I am that dad who abandoned their child.

"I... need.... a moment please"

"Of course deku, ill leave I'm so sorry I'll explain everything later when you are ready"

"I...o-ok"

Uraraka and the little one leave but when my daughter looked back I could see that same hurt that I had in my eyes when my mom pulled me away from my dad.

"W-wait"

Uraraka turned around and looked at me with hurt in her eyes

"I can't leave her like my dad did I won't let you walk away like my did that was his mistake and I won't repeat. I am better than him. I'm in control this time. Please let her stay with me just for tonight u want to get to know her"

"Ok deku"

I saw the little girl run to me with the glow in her eyes I always wanted back. I dreamed that my dad would always turn around try to fix his mistakes and let me run into his arms, to feel his warmth.

We hugged for so long. Then I realized that Kacchan was still waiting I picked her up and took her to Kacchan.

"Kacchan, this is my daughter, I just met her. I know it's a lot we can talk after I put hr down for a nap"

"Ya you own some explaining"

I walk upstairs to put her to sleep in my guest room. I read her a book and she fell asleep I kissed her forehead and tucked her in and went back downstairs to talk to Kacchan. I still wondered why Uraraka decided to tell me now. I hope she is ok, I should hate her but she was still my best friend and my ex that's right in college we dated but I realized that I was gay and we became only friends I'm guessing that she found out she was pregnant after we broke up. As I'm waking downstairs I hear a faint scream.
