//Calypso POV
It was so nice to be flying around with Leo, nearing her new home and leaving her old home far, far, far behind,
This must be what it feels like when you leave an old home and into a mansion. But as exciting as this may be, Calypso was freaking out. She was imprisoned on an island for so many centuries, that so much has changed. I mean Camp Half-Blood? I'd never heard of such a place since well, when Percy visited.
Hearing the name still made her stomach sink, and it was so many years ago. And leaving that curse? When Percy was 16 when she saw him? She couldn't believe she did it, and she regretted it after everyday.
What would he think? He probably hated her, and so would everyone else. Especially Annabeth. Who curses a 16 year old? And then he went to Tartarus, where they probably killed an arai and felt the curse. And what would all his friends say. She'd be The Girl Who Cursed Annabeth Chase And Percy Jackson.
At least Leo didn't look upset. He didn't ask for why he cursed them, which was a relief. It was not out of hate, but of pain and loneliness. That's what makes me even more upset. I blamed Percy and Annabeth for my feelings.
"We're almost there, Calypso!" Leo was excited, he was probably thinking of a corny Leo joke to tell. That made her feel better, but the sinking feelings in her stomach just went deeper and deeper through her digestive system.
Festus flew lower and lower until he was just bellow the clouds. There was still nothing but ocean, perhaps they missed all the land and homes while they were talking. In the distance, Calypso saw a wide forest and tall buildings. A smile grew on Leo's face, the cheeky smile that makes Calypso's heart melt.
"It's right over there, Calypso!! Festus, lay low through the forest. Then do a big introduction." Festus creeked in reply. The so called camp looked small from a distance, but the closer they got, the bigger it looked.
"Hold on tight, Calypso!" She held a little tighter around Leo's waist, then Festus descended towards the forest.
