The Tapping of my Feet
The tapping of my feet,
It keeps me complete,
Cause I know if I trip or fall,
I'll always hear that beat.
So, the tapping of my feet,
It's the rhythm I want to keep,
And if I fall or falter,
My feet will skip a beat.
So, the tapping of my feet,
It's the rhythm I need to keep,
And if I trip or fall,
I'll suddenly be incomplete.
So, if I want the beat, then I need the beat, then I'll keep the beat. And so, I'll, start. Again.
With the tapping of my feet.
