Just one breath,
It's all I had time for, before you consumed my being.
Every movement yours,
Every thought taken over by who I was seeing.
It was a trap from first sight,
You held my heart in the palm of your hand,
Long before I knew it was missing.
Every cell in my body hummed,
It knew that you were the one.
Every sense taken over by you,
Your looks,
Your voice,
Your smell,
I only wished I could feel you,
Taste you.
And now that I have,
I can never go back.
