New Faces, Same Goals

Here we go folks, time to begin the Arusu-Install arc. But first, we need to get up to speed with the new girls from the second season as well as prepare for what's to come in the second VN story.

The moment I woke up, the next morning, I had a few notifications.

System update patch has been installed successfully!

Seven new characters have been added!

The date is now early August, one day before the second story begins!

So it's around the start of August, which is great timing for me. Because I need to find the three girls I'd be bringing into my harem before the main story begins, as well as prepare for what's going to happen in the story to come.

I stretched and got out of bed before dressing up and making my way down to the kitchen to make breakfast. I was the first one awake since there was no sign of Kotori yet. And since a lot of time has passed, the spirit mansion surely had to be fully repaired by now.

As I made breakfast, I heard someone walk in to the room.

"Morning, Y/N." It was Kotori who greeted me.

"Morning, Kotori." I replied, smiling at her. "So it's just the two of us today?"

"Yep, since the rest of the spirits are back living in the mansion, along with Rinne too."

That was another thing I was about to ask. Seems there was a spare room available for her to move in. I was still happy cause I was able to save her with my gamer ability. And if I can do that to save someone, then I can do it again when I get the chance to save Maria and Marina.

And speaking of the new girls, I knew that there was going to be quite a competition. But hopefully, considering where they stand in regards to my harem, their small fights over me won't be happening often as it was in the original story.

I was looking forward to seeing the Yamai sisters as well as Miku. I brought breakfast over to the table and sat next to Kotori before dining in. After we finished eating, I sighed with a smile and with my arm around her.

"You know...I still can't get over on how much has changed." I said.

"Yeah, no kidding." Kotori replied. "One minute, you were just stumbling your way forward with those dates and now, you have so many girls that are in love with you, including me. I'm a little concerned that you might be biting off more than you chew."

"Well, that may be true, and let's not forget, this wouldn't have been possible if Tohka didn't agree to me having a harem. But this is where we are now, and I think we should be really happy that you and all the other girls get my love and affection."

Kotori sighed as she moved up closer to me.

"No matter how many girls fall for me, I will always have the energy and the dedication to share my love for you all."

She smirked. "Okay, mister romeo...rein it in a little."

"Hehe, can you blame me? I feel incredibly lucky to have a harem filled with beautiful girls." I then got up. "But anyways, we've got a day at school to focus on and I'm sure all the girls are waiting for me to walk with them."

"Yeah, good point. Let's get going...and together, please?"

I took her hand and we left the house. When we walked towards the school gates, I saw two girls that looked identical and I smiled instantly...
