Chapter 6:
The Arrogant and The Gentleman

MORNING came, and Georgina feels something is not right. Her head aches, probably hangover. She open her eyes slowly as she blink twice and look around. She's at the tent. And in the tent, she notice that Mary Rose, Erica and Giselle was with her. She recall what had happen hooked last night, but she could barely remembers it. The last time she remember, was the best friends dare. She close eyes and massage her head lightly.

Georgina was trying to get up but she can't. Mary Rose is hugging her at nakatanday pa ang gaga sa kanya. Habang si Erica at Giselle naman ay magkayakap. “Tsk.” she tsked.

Sinubukan niyang alisin ang pagkakatanday ni Mary Rose sa kanya pero mas lalo siya nitong niyakap. “Biatch, pag di ka pa tumigil kakayakap sakin kukurotin ko yang puday mo.” naiirita niyang wika, and in an instance lumayo ka agad sa kanya ang kaibigan.

“You are gross.” ani pa nito sa kanya in a sleepy voice.

“Wow ha. Nahiya naman ako sa pag tanday at pag yakap mo sakin. That was gross. Thinking about you hugging me all night was totally a nightmare.” Georgina stated it na para ba siyang nandidiri.

Mary Rose snapped at her, “ You are one lucky ugly duckling to be hug by one of the most famous chef in the country. Millions of people are dying to hug me.” pagmamalaki nito na ikinatawa niya.

“ Ha ha. Funny. That's the most funniest joke I ever heard in the morning. You are great. No kidding.” she said sarcastically as she stand up and give Mary Rose a playful punch habang nakapikit ito.  “ I'd rather die than to hug you bitch.” she said while running out from the tent.

“ That's outchy!” rinig niya pang reklamo ni Mary Rose, “You are mean, George!” natawa lang siya dahil sa isinigaw ng kaibigan.

“Eh di ouch.” she murmured.

Nag-inat inat muna si Georgina while feeling the cold breeze from the shore, napatingin siya sa ginawa nilang bone fire kagabi, abo na lamang ito. Then she looks around the area, she can see Pocs laying in the beach chairs, with a bottle of wine in her hand, yakap yakap nito iyon. “Buti di siya natakot matulog dito sa labas.” komento niya.

Lahat ng tent na tinulogan ng mga kaibigan niya ay sarado pa. Mga tulog mantika talaga ang mga kaibigan niya. So, its understandable. Napatingin si Georgina sa dagat, it's calm. The weather is good and good for their activities later. Mamaya na kasi sila ito-tour ng tourist guide dito, katulad ng sinabe sa kanila ni Honeylette, though hindi pa nila ito na me-meet.

Umupo si Georgina sa upuan na katabi ni Pocs at pinagmasdan ang dagat mula roon. Ramdam niya ang lamig ng hangin. It's just six o'clock in the morning. She missed the sunset. Nagmuni-muni lamang siya doon habang hinihintay na magising ang mga kaibigan niya. She fish her phone out of her shorts' pocket. Nilagay niya iyon doon kagabe.

She brows the pictures that they took last night. They are all happy and all smiles. Natawa pa siya sa mga pagmumukha ng mga kaibigan niya, “Ang panget nila mag wacky.” pamimintas niya, she laughs because she's just kidding. Gusto niya sanang mag post kaso, since the reception here in the island was very slow, she didn't bothers to open up her social media accounts. Mamaya na lang pag naka balik na sila sa cottage nila.

After a few more minutes, nagsimula ng magising ang mga tulog mantika niyang mga kaibigan, lumabas sa isang tent si Jhonelly, kasama nito doon si Rica, Ella at Leandly.

“Good morniiiiing!” masayang wika nito habang kumakaway pa sa kanya. Nginitian niya ang kaibigan.

“Morning.” balik bati niya rito. “How was your sleep?” tanong ni Georgina rito.
