I had been waiting by the bus stop for awhile, well- I was actually sitting pretty far away from it. I didn't want to actually get on the bus, I wanted to see the literal girl from my dream. I heard footsteps behind me, my heart jumped to my throat and I just stood there. Wow I'm a fucking mess, huh? A hand touched my shoulder and I turned around. Oh thank god- it was just Rachel.
"Hey." She removed her hand from my shoulder and waved. I finally calmed down and spoke "hey, Rachel." I looked behind myself to see the bus stop, she was standing there with her earbuds in.. I wonder what she likes listening to.. then I noticed that creep warren staring at her. why do I feel fucking jealous? I don't even know her.
I finally noticed Rachel's hand waving in front of my face, I brought my attention to her "what were you saying?" I asked, I shoved my hands into my jeans pockets "I was wondering if you wanted to go grab dinner with me and Chloe?" She pointed over to Chloe, who sat on the edge of the fountain. Her attention was also fixated on the creep and the girl from my dream. "I already ate, sorry. maybe another time- plus I don't want to fucking third wheel with you guys right now." A smile tugged up at my lips, Rachel punched my arm lightly with a laugh "right, maybe another time." She started walking to Chloe "I'll see you later, Nathan. Don't die while I'm gone." I gave her a thumbs up "no promises."
I was usually pretty friendly with people like Rachel and Victoria. They kept me sort of sane, I guess. Although, I guess Victoria enables me while Rachel keeps my feet on the ground. I decided to walk back to my dorm after our conversation, I felt my medication wearing off and I needed more....
... darkness was washed over the courtyard, the only light coming from three or four street lamps that were placed in the courtyard. I backed away from my window and turned to my nightstand, I opened it and grabbed my melatonin. It helped me sleep. I took it with a day old soda that sat on my desk. I shrugged off my jacket and replaced my jeans with a pair of joggers. I turned off my lights and climbed into the bed, I turned on my phones flashlight and turned on my bedside speaker. The sounds of sea life filled my room, I turned off my phone and put it on my nightstand... I closed my eyes and relaxed into my mattress as the medication began to kick in...

My eyes snapped open, the lights were so bright.. it hurt to look at them, I shielded my eyes with my hands as I looked around. I was able to move! But I wasn't in my body... I looked at my body from a distance- wow I really was bleeding and torn up. My guesses are getting better. I looked over at the girl, her eyes were directed at me- well, not me- my body I guess? I walked over to her, it felt like wading through and angry ocean but I kept going. I finally made it to her.. I touched her cheek as lightly as I possibly could, I slipped my finger under a vine that stretched up to the ring of flowers atop her head. I tugged on it lightly and her body shook a little like it was fighting a coma. I couldn't tell if this was precognitive dream or not. If it was, this could be one fucking awful trip..-
