Emma's p.o.v I'm in my hotel room curling my hair currently getting ready for my 'date' with Anthony. I don't know how josh wrapped me into this yesterday but- I mean I do have some feelings there for Anthony but I just feel like it will be awkward. I'm not sure I really hope it goes well because I'm tired of being hurt and played by guys, so I'm hoping this turns into something amazing. As I'm finishing up curling my hair I comb through the curls with my fingers to loosen them up a bit, as I finish with that as well I lightly spray some hairspray so they stay in all night. I turn off my curling iron and walk over to my dresser, Anthony and I have decided to go to the fair for our date so I'm not 'dressing up' but I still want to look decent. After a few minutes I pick out some high waisted Levi's and a long sleeved black shirt and I tuck it into my pants and out on a belt. Originally I had picked out some leather boots but that's just not my style. So I went ahead and put on some random pair of slip on vans ( I'm sorry I really had no idea what shoes to get her to wear:) ) And as soon as I'm done I get a text from Anthony
Anthony🥺: hey bb I'm leaving my hotel in a few minutes I respond and tell him I'm ready.
As I'm waiting I hook up my AirPods and put it on shuffle and to my luck my favourite song comes on. The weekend by SZA I start signing along
Tuesday and Wednesday Thursday and Friday I just keep him satisfied through the weekend You like nine to five on the weeekend-
"WOW EMMA" Anthony's voice booms from my doorway catching me off guard and quite embarrassed "you're amazing!" He smiles walking over to me. I flush a deep pink and look down "I mean it's nothing just a hobby." I say embarrassed he looks in my eyes and doesn't keep the conversation threading on. Instead he looks down at my lips and I freeze. He's not going to? Is he?
He doesn't he snaps himself out of it and smiles at me brushing some hair behind my ear " we should get going" he said standing up and holding out a hand which I take in my small one. Even the feel of him gives me shivers he's just so amazing I just wish Drayke would leave my mind for good. He hasn't tried to contact me at all, hopefully it's for the better Anthony leads me out of my hotel room and shuts the door as we make our way to the elevator our finger tips graze against each other's. Again, more shivers as I feel myself turn red I decide to walk closer to him feeling the sensation rush through my body I look up at him and smile he smiles back and grasps my hand causing me to blush even harder if it's possible, I don't know why I'm acting like this, it's not like it's my first physical encounter with a guy what's happening? Well whatever it is I don't want it to stop. "You're adorable em." He says as we walk into the elevator I sheepishly smile and toss a glance his way "yeah you're not too hard on the eyes either" I say and wink now letting him have his turn to blush like mad. We both laugh and we walk off the elevator and to my freaking luck, who's standing at the entrance of the elevator, yeah Drayke of course! I try my best to look past him as Anthony's hand snakes itself around my hip holding me close, I put on a cold face and we walk out of the hotel but the butterfly's I feel are bad, "are you okay?" Anthony questions me I look at him and nod and he doesn't question it. He just looks ahead. I only then realize his arm is still around my waist and I'm not complaining I just snuggle up next to him more. Causing him to squeeze my hip. We got into the Uber and Anthony got in the front and I stayed in the back (idk how Uber works I don't have it where I live lol) once we reached the fair we got out and made our way to the ticket booth and we got the day pass because it was still 11am and we had planned earlier on going ok every ride. "So what do you want to do first?" He questioned putting his bracelet on. "Ugh we can just start with all the kiddy rides and make our way up." I suggested he smiled and grabbed my hand and ran to the first kiddy like ride that was there, there was no lineup so we showed the worker out bracelets and hopped on the seats and he was faced on the opposite side of me, we waited till the ride was full and it started. We had to spin the circle in the middle of us and it spun us around as the ride was already taking us in circles. Anthony was struggling with spinning it and I just started laughing at him, he jokingly stuck out his bottom lip and sooked, I rolled my eyes at him as his pouty lip turned to a smile as he reached into his pocket and hauled out his phone and took a picture of me and I smacked his hand from across the circle. "No pictures reeves." I said crossing my arms "I can't help it" he smirked, the ride stopped before I could think of anything else to say he got off and thanked the worker and now it was my turn to think of a ride, I quickly spotted the merry go round and dragged him over, he laughed at my childishness and we made our way on. He sat on the one behind me and I turned around and smiled at him and he snapped another picture, I rolled my eyes as they started the ride
-time skip 3 hours-
Me and Anthony had ridden almost every ride here and all that was left was the Ferris wheel which he was kind of nervous about. We where currently eating hotdogs on the colorfull tables the fair had set up when phone started blowing up with instagram notifications And Anthony smirked at me and took a sip of his drink, I checked my Instagram To see he had tagged me in a post
