Stephen was riding a horse for the first time in his life, and the group was trying to give him a few pointers... basically they were yelling at him, telling him what he was doing wrong.
Daniel: Keep your heels down!
Jay: Why are you trying to stand up? Sit back down!
Ann: Keep your back straight!
Hosuh: Heels, Stephen!
Dan: Look in the direction your like to go!
Jay: Keep your hands low, they don't need to be at your chest!
Dan: Back straight!
Stephen: Don't tell me out to live me life! And DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO DANIEL!
