Jaemin

Our vocal coach let us go early since Renjun and Jeno just left randomly. We got into the van and were taken to the dorm. Donghyuck was the first into the house while the rest of us were trailing behind him laughing at a joke Jisung had told us. Mark came with us today since the practice was canceled for the older groups since Yuta, Doyoung, and Ten all got sick. 

"Hey, why are Renjun's crutches in the middle of the living room," Mark asked walking into the house.

"I don't know," Chenle said and ran down the corridor to his and Jisung's room. Jisung ran after him and then the door slammed shut. 

"Hey guys, I'm going to take these to Renjun's room and check up on him and Jeno, "I said picking the crutches up and walking down the hallway first to Jeno and my room to see if he was in there. Nope, there was no sign of him in there.

I went to Renjun's room which had the door closed but that was nothing new. Renjun keeps his door shut most of the time and then he'll lock it when the others come to our dorm. 

I reached for the doorknob and felt that it was unlocked and pushed the door open slowly. I dragged the crutches into the room. My bare feet freezing on the cold hardwood. I put them against the wall next to his desk and looked up. I saw Jeno and him cuddling asleep. 

The closer I looked the more I noticed about Renjun's face. The look of peace, the dried tears on his cheeks,  the way he clung to Jeno like he was his lifeline. 

I walked out of the room to see Mark and Donghyuck looking into the room."Isn't Jeno your boyfriend, Jaemin, "Mark asked as he looked at the two holding each other as if their lives depended on it. 

"No, he's not, neither of them is, unlike you two we're all single," I said.

"Well Jisung and Chenle are dating so only you three aren't dating anyone," Donghyuck said. 

"Since when, "I asked not knowing about the youngest's relationship.

"About three months ago," Mark said.

"Holy shit, "I said under my breath."Well, I'm going to my room if you guys need anything goes bug the children," I said and pointed to the closed door at the end of the hall. 

I walked to the room next to Renjun's room and grabbed clothes from my closet for after my shower. 

I have to admit seeing Renjun so content in Jeno's arms made my heartache. I want him in my arms, I want to protect him, I want him to trust me with his whole heart, I want him to love me.

I walked across the hall and into the bathroom locking the door behind me because Chenle has a tendency to waltz right into the bathroom when we're taking a shower. I did it to him once and he screamed like his life depended on it.

I turned on the water and stood until the showerhead and felt the water turn from cold to warm. I closed my eyes and let the waterfall onto my face.  I washed my body and then just stood under the running water.

The house was so quiet with the only noise being the water of the shower running until Renjun let out a blood-curdling scream. 

I woke up from my trance and quickly turned off the water and threw my hair up into one of those towel twist things and pulled on a large white bathrobe before running out of the bathroom.

I entered his room to see him in the corner of his room at the foot of the bed shaking as tear raced down his face. I slowly walked over to him and took his head into my hands. I looked him in the eyes and quietly told him to breathe in and out slowly trying to calm him down. 

I whipped the remaining tears away with the pad of my thumbs and pulled him into a hug. I didn't care that I was in a bathrobe and he didn't either by the way he grabbed onto me like I was his lifeline. 

"It's okay," I said and swayed our bodies back and forth. I looked over to see Jeno sitting up with wide eyes looking at Renjun. He slowly stood up meeting my gazed and walked over to us.

He back hugged Renjun and whispered sweet nothing into his ear. I noticed Jisung and Chenle at the door looking at us. They looked at Renjun with sadness and then at Jeno and me with a sad smile before leaving the room. 

"We love you Renjun-ah," Jeno said to the shaking boy."We will always love you," he said and kissed Renjun's right temple. 

"Thank you guys for putting up with my shit," Renjun said and pushed both of us back slightly before taking a seat on his bed. The eye bags under his eyes have started to get less noticeable since the beginning of the day. 

"It's not your fault Renjun," Jeno said and kneeled in front of Renjun."Your problems make you even more perfect to me, "He said and kissed Renjun's left check before getting up.

"I need to take a shower and it looks like Jaemin needs to get dressed so how about you go and spend time with Jisung and Chenle, "Jeno asked him. He only nodded and stood up to leave.

"Will you guys come back later and cuddle with me," he asked looking up from the ground with sad eyes. 

"Of course anything for you hyung, "I said and kissed his cheek before grabbing my clothes to change into. Renjun walked toward the living room and Jeno came to our room grabbing things for our shower. I got dressed and stayed in my room until Jeno came back from his shower when we went to get him for cuddles.

I kind of lied about slow updates but they will be coming soon since I start school in a week.
