"hey!" colby said as he opened the door to let me in, "hey" i replied, looking around the house
"oh, you might wanna come up to my room, i have like 4 other roomates and i dont know if-" he started to explain, "oh no its fine"
"i could give you a tour around the traphouse if you like" he suggested, "is that what you guys call it" i nearly laughed at it.
"actually brennen called it that and it stuck" he smiled at my failed attempt to not laugh "of coure it was brennen"
colby led me to the bathroom first, it had mirrors on all sides, kinda weird but cool. Then he led me to the kitchen where his first roomate had been.
"oh, this is aaron, aaron this is camille, my friend" aaron got up to shake your hand and said a simple "hi" he then went back to eating and watching whatever he was on his phone while colby went back to being a tour guide.
"so yeah, this is the kitchen" he said, as he moved on, "this is considered the living room" he walked me into the next room that had a couch, two bean bags, and a large tv.
he showed me the backyard, the garage and two other rooms downstairs and led me upstairs.
we walked down a long hall that ended with two rooms and a bathroom in the middle.
"thats my shared bathroom with my friend sam, as you can see the shower and toilet have a separate door.
he went to knock on the door next to us, i assumed it was this sam kid.
"yeah?" i heard a guy shout, "come out here, i have someone you should meet" colby yelled back for an "okay" in response.
"you dont mind right?" he asked me before sam opened it, i shook my head with a small smile.
"hey" sam said, looking at me, "hi, im camille" i held my hand out for him to shake which he accepted, "sam, youre the camille brennen added in the groupchat?" he asked.
i had completely forgot brennen added me into that, i havent been texting in it at all though.
"yeah, i had forgot about that" i responded, sam nodded and we both looked at colby.
colby looked back and forth between me and sam, "what?" he asked, genuinely confused.
"arent you going to say something" sam asked, i didnt know what he meant so i left it.
"uh, happy birthday?" seems like he didnt know what he meant either, "its not my birthday"
"happy birthday!" he repeated as he grabbed my hand and pulled me inside his room.
he let go of my hand and closed his door, his room looked nice, i mean it had sticky notes all over the walls but overall its nice.
"oh all the stinky notes were a prank" he informed me, "it mustve took a long time, where were you?" i questioned.
"oh, brennen" he answered easily.
we spent the next two hours talking and getting to know each other, i now know that he's from kansas, has a brother named gaige, has two dogs at home in kansas, started on vine (i knew that), and was in band in highschool.
i told him that i had 3 sisters, i am mixed with white and mexican (like brennen lmao), my birthdays may 20th, i sing, dance, and model sometimes, i took a 7 or 8 month break from my channel and came back 2 months ago and other things.
i also told him how i wasnt going to have a party for my birthday because i hate planning things like that and no one ever helps.
i stayed for like 3 more hours until i felt like it was time for me to go.
