Quirk-
Glitch
Info-
User can touch others and allow the subject to glitch. This makes the subject stop for a few mins while they start glitching(Like the picture up above^^) This can make the subject slow movements down once the glitches effects are over and can cause severe headaches if the glitch goes on for too long. The user can as well glitch through walls and floors if concentrating hard enough, takes a lot of practice.
Drawbacks-
The user can glitch themselves, though their movements do slow they can't stop completely. Headaches if used too much and can slur on words
