-Quirk- -Rainy Day-
-Info- User can make clouds that produce any type of rain, such as acid rain or just regular rain. The user has to drink water and stay hydrated in order for it to work. The user can also decide on the speed and weight of the rain such as it could be a light drizzle or a hurricane level rain. They can also change the temp of the rain as well to make it as cold as ice or as hot as a boiling pan.
-Drawbacks- This can make the user get very dehydrated so they always have to have a water bottle on them. They can also get inflicted with burn or frostbite from the temperature change.
