The user has a 50/50 chance of anything they do. They flip a coin on any decision and if it lands heads  the outcome will be good but if it lands on rails the outcome will be bad. An example of this is if the user decides to infiltrate a base of villains they will either get heads and will get the job done perfectly or will do it horribly. Also the user can't ever get a three in a row of good or bad luck, meaning that if the flip a coin twice and get tails then it is guarantied that the next flip will be heads.
