The user of this quirk gains the ability to make a sound of bell chime. The louder the sound of the bell the more powerful they and the people around them become. The softer the bell the weaker that they and the people around them become. The bell can also be used to break sound barriers and cause hearing damage to others depending on the frequency. Something else that also happens when using the ball is that with a certain chime the user can summon a butler to their side and do whatever bidding they ask for. The butler can never die so if the get hurt or 'die' they will just respawn and can be used whenever again.
-Drawbacks-
User can gain hearing lose and bleed from ears. If used to much the user may gain permanent hearing issues and need the use of hearing aids.
