I signaled Chloe that the coast was clear, I was very frantic at this point as she called everyone else, coming out of their hiding spots in the bushes. I was willing to give my life for them, the memories I had built with these guys mean everything to me. As we started to crawl on the rough pavement, and the searchlights were moving around in a manner that made me a little paranoid. It reminds me of those days when I would sit and bawl my eyes out in the basement of my home, and to make me feel better I would use the flashlight on my phone to scan my eyes around the room.

I thought to myself, I can't forget i'm in a mission, and my friends are here, I can't let them get hurt. As I slowly led them crawling past the searchlights we were able to find a small area for cover. As the guards started to procceed to come closer, the gaze of the lights had passed us and we heard them say it's a false alarm. Honestly this feels like one of those moments in Black Ops 1 where Mason and "Reznov" were hiding from the helicopter on Rebirth Island. My heart was sinking but all my fear suddenly left me.Page 28:
I saw Michael on the roof to provide cover, but the problem is I didn't want to dispose of anybody, I needed to lead these guys safely to the weapon vault, so they can help the military in their country. It was on lack of weapons and need some to help fight off their enemies. They are strong and determined, but they need a chance to escape their enemies that have tortured them for years. I can see why they need this. It isn't their fault that the government has no respect for human life. It's in a lot of people's nature. We can't do anything but cry the rage of war until victory is claimed.Page 29:
Right now I'm mixed with all kinds of emotions. Except fear, somehow I feel right about this. But at the same time I'm overwhelmed with all the thoughts building like bricks in my mind, as the weight gets added on my shoulders. As we entered the place that holds all the nuclear bombs and guns, we took everything we could so we can scram before we get caught. Meanwhile I was looking around wondering if the guy from my dream was here. I saw someone similar to him but I couldn't quite pick up if it was him. He was as I described but I never mentioned it to them because I didn't want to waste any more time here than we already did.Page 30:
We locked the room as we had found it, and we were each holding a bag full of dangerous materials that should be carried with caution. But suddenly just when we thought it was so easy, one of the guards came up with an angry face, I had gave Michael strict orders not to confirm the kill, as he came up and asked us what we were up to. Me being the idiot I am came up with something fast. But that was bound for disaster when I claimed that we were delivering these weapons to a strict area we are not allowed to mention. He asked for our military ID's and when we didn't present them because we had none, he raised the alarm.Page 31:
"SHIT!!" I screamed in panic as I signaled my group to fall back, because I was smarter than this, I knew killing someone would result in worse treason than this raid. We surrendered immediately, Michael still up there I told him to go save himself before he gets caught too. And to dispose of the evidence so he can go live a normal life. I knew I would meet him again someday, but now is just not the right moment. He can't be a part of this, I had to somehow find a way to bail my friends out of this situation too, even if it cost me my life.Page 32:
We were all thrown into different interrogation rooms. I was cuffed and had a tracking device implanted in my leg in case I tried to escape. The general came in angry...but this was no ordinary general.."DAD?!" I screamed surprised. His eyes widened once he saw it was me..."Ruby? My child what the hell have you been doing!?" He gave off the I'm impressed face but the disappointed emotion at the same time. I couldn't believe this, my dad is in the army but all these other guys were wearing marine uniforms. What the hell is going on here.
