Seven - Part Of The Pain

Zonic had dragged us to another Zone, a dead one if I remember correctly...he'd taken me hear once before, because I was about to end it...

"Where the fuck are we!?" Scourge snapped

"The Dead Zone, life ended here years ago, no one knows why...." Zonic answered

"Then why are we here?!" Scourge muttered

"To get away from everyone" I mumbled, Zonic only came here when he needed to be away from his coworkers

"And how do you know that?" Scourge asked

"He dragged me here before" I answered, I looked away from him then, I still was happy with him, in fact it was the complete opposite, I was pissed at him

I looked as Zonic pulled off his helmet and turned off his communicator and put them to a small pile

He breathed in the ashened air, the dead zone was covered in ash and blood, green wasn't a colour here....

Zonic soon took his armour off to reveal his black suit that he wore under it

It was silent as we stood here, I ended up sitting down with my eyes closed as Zonic stood by his things

Scourge was just watching, but he soon leaned against one of the dead trees

I took them back to their zones after a few hours of being in the Dead Zone and now I was busy filling out the reports of my mission to capture Scourge...

I filled it out unsuccessful, saying he had gotten away to somewhere I did not known, and basically that was it

"Zonic, we need your help questioning a potential killer" Zhadow said, in the years that I knew him, he was childish, and immortal, but his betrayal a few years ago made me skeptical of him

"I'll be there in a minute" I replied as I took a sip of the coffee I had made, he nodded and left me

When I got up and left to the interrogation room, but when I entered I had frozen on the spot as I saw him, the man that had left me as a meal for feral animals

He looked at me and growled, Zilver was sitting there with a serious look, but I saw his confusion as he stared

"Brat" my father muttered as he growled

I took a deep breath trying to calm myself down as I then sat next to Zilver

I kept my eyes on him as Zilver began asking questions

"Name?" "Zules The Hedgehog" "age?" "34" "family?" That's the question I didn't want to ask, it made me sick thinking about, especially as HE began to laugh

"Answer the question" Zilver said losing patience

"My only family left is sitting right next to you, and he's such a disgrace" He laughed, it made me flinch

Zilver paused as he looked at me, I had lowered my visor so he couldn't read me

"Did you not know that he's pathetic? Can't even be a man and look anyone in the eyes, thought the Wolves would had gotten ya" he laughed, I can't do this....

"Sir you have no ri-" Zilver was cut oft

"You should be dead, your pathetic, a whore, a brat, a waste of space and most of all a disgrace!" He growled as he attempted to hit me, if it weren't for the hand cuffs, he would had

I didn't reply as I stood and rushed out, I ignored Zilver's shouts as began to run to the bathroom, I entered and locked the doors as tears fell from my eyes, I threw the helmet off, I heard it break

I ignored it as I tore the armour off through the tears, until it was only my black suit, even then I took it off, if only to look at the reminder of the scared child I had been

The reminder that he abandoned me...

I heard banging on the door, but I ignored it as I slid down the wall, taking shaky breaths as tears continued

I really am pathetic...
