He walked with me, hand in hand, through the mess of the past,
When the darkness engulfed me and I could not see
When I was numb and praying it wouldn't last
So when I wanted to be swept away
By ocean waves
He brought a gental hue, making the world brighter
And I thanked him at every moment I could
Being there
When it felt like no one would
So no one can compare
To these moments of sunsets, speeking of reality,
cuddling and holding, precious words spoken in warpmth,
walking down the street being silly all willy nilly,
playing games, saying funny names,
In the end of it all, when our grasp is no more
No one can compare
To you in my life
So I will always remember, the time we have shared.
