"I am telling you Zee, just don't talk about her. She gets on my nerves", Numair snorted, flipping the egg, he was cooking.
Zee Smirked at him, chewing on the Dosa, which Numair made for her. "Oh. Numi! You don't even let me talk about both the girls of your life. Lemme have some fun kid", she laughed at his glare.
"You are enjoying right? One day Zee! One day I will be in your place doing the same you are doing to me now". Zee stopped eating and gave a mockery laugh.
"That day will never come in your life as well as mine. So better stop talking nonsense and pass me the egg you are flipping the hell out of it". Numair shook his head before switching off the stove and serving the egg in her plate. She Everytime ignores him when it comes to her future. Whenever he comes here to his Zee, he would try his best to convince her to not spoil her future because of her horrible past. But yeah just like every time, she ignored this time too.
Numair sighed heavily, looking at her, who was eating quietly but he could see her fist into tight grip, which she does Everytime when her past comes into present.
"Zee, let me tell you, that I am going for a trip to Manali", he took a sip of his coffee.
"What? Really? And who's the girl?", Zee took the plates to the kitchen while stifling her smile. Numair looked at her back confused.
"What? Girl?", Zee after washing her hands came back and sat beside him on the kitchen counter. It's their special spot to mess around whenever they are in good mood.
"Yeah! Manali is an romantic and honeymoon destination right? And you wouldn't go there alone without your girl partner" she winked at him before jumping down as she knew that it was Numair's angry nerve which she had provoked.
Numair choked on his coffee before running after her, murmuring, "You..., How can you think all this Zee? Wait. Today I am not leaving you". They both chased each other until they landed in the gym room. They both pulled their respective gloves before standing in front of punching bag.
"Oh. Please! You cannot go just like that to Manali. Koi tou honi chahiye na", she again teased him, grabbing the bag which Numair hit, with full force.
"For your kind information, I am going to Manali with Maliha and all the students through college tour", this time Zee punched and he dodged it without hitting back.
"Oh! I guess then both the girls will be coming along as well", she caught the bag but before he could hit and winked at him. Numair groaned and slumped on the nearby couch, breathing hard.
