Eliza looked down the street, daylight was fading fast. There was no sign of Peggy or anyone else. Anyone would be a buffoon to be out right now. Suddenly, something caught her eye. under a flickering streetlight down the road sat Peggy's skateboard. "Alexander!" Eliza called.
They rushed over to the skateboard. It looked undisturbed. No blood or signs of foul play. Eliza shook her head, stumped on what to do.
"I'm calling Angelica. She'll know what to do," Eliza stated, taking out her iphone x. Hamilton remembered when he gave it to her for her birthday. Those were better times. Suddenly, he heard something move in the bushes.
"Eliza!" he whispered, motioning at the location of the noise.
She put down her phone and crept up to the shrubs.
squeak!
A rabbit came bounding out. Eliza stumbled back in surprise. Her feet slipped on the grass until they found air and she was falling. Before she could hit the ground, a warm embrace caught her. She looked up at her savior's violet blue eyes. It was as if they could see into her soul, pierce her heart. She had forgotten how much depth and comfort was hidden in his eyes.

"Alexander-" She breathed.

He took her into a kiss. It felt so pure. All of the remnants of the thoughts of his affair faded.
