I Fell For Him

Birthday Part 1 !

It's finally Thursday the almost end of the week , but I said finally because today is not just thursday but also my birthday . But still I got zero excitement as I am far far away from my family and my bestfriend. This birthday is going to be the most depressed one !

Suddenly , I hear a pop and something starts falling on me , while I am still half asleep and half awake , I open my eyes terrified of what just happened , but I notice confetti on my face ; what the ....

And the next thing I see is , Amanda standing in front of me with balloons and squeals "SURPRISE" happily .

"Wait , how'd you - ? " I ask surprised about the fact that I never told her and then she gave me a duh kind of look and says " I went through your file , sweetie . Remember ? "
"Oh by the way your mom said that she can't visit you on school days , so she , your bestfriend and your sister sent you these presents . "

I look at them quietly , half happy and half sad , I really wish they were here ... I open it up and I see a little card inside with a locket , I read the card which says *happy birthday sweetie , love mom . * tears fill up in my eyes , and then I open the second present in which I see a bracelet by my sister with a card *wear it tonight ;) * and then I open the last present from my best friend ofcourse with a letter which says , *I miss you so much , I hope you like it . Happy Birthday Han , there's so much to tell you and I so wanted to come , see you this weekend xo .* and I see a beautiful picture frame with her and mine picture in it of a beach vacation we went last summer before everything went down with me and I ended up here away from my loved ones ...
"You are so wearing this tonight as someone dropped a dress for you , I don't know who it was because I was out for some work but here it is laying on the couch and it's beautiful ." Amanda tells me with a wink .
"What do you mean ? Who came in here ? " I ask her almost paranoid .
"I don't know , I did lock the door and it's weird but just check it out will you ? " she says .

"Wow " I say out of no where because that's how in love I was with it , but suddenly I snapped back into reality and started searching for a card to check who has sent this beautiful dress and yes I did find a small piece of paper under the dress , I opened it and it was written that ; *Happy Birthday love , I want you to wear this tonight . Meet me at the back of the building ;) * who can it be I wondered ...
"Who is it from ? " Amanda questions curiously .
"It's not written here ." I tell her .
"Okay then get ready we got history class in 20 mins " she tells me in a bored tone .
"I ALMOST FORGOT ." I shout .
So I got ready in like 15 mins and I am wearing a plain tee with Jeans because I still don't feel like dressing up but I do put on my mom's locket and sister's bracelet on . Because today is my day right? I still got 5 minutes , wait where is my history book ? I start panicking .

Suddenly I realised I left it in the locker yesterday , so I exit my room and rush for the locker . I open up my locker and to my surprise I see a bouquet ...

Who sent me this ? And oh there's a card again which says *Happy Birthday * it's so beautiful , how does people remember my birthday and I start smiling while smelling the Roses. This day is not so bad at all .. and suddenly my gaze went up and I saw Jace looking at me with awe in his eyes and a smile forming up on his lips , wait am I dreaming ? He is literally smiling at me ?????

And then I suddenly put the bouquet back in the locker and totally ignore his so called smile and leave for the class . Though he looked cute with that smile but I wish I could wipe that smile off his face because he hurts me ...
I continued my way to my class when I suddenly saw Jace going inside the janitors room with a girl . The sight made my chest hurt as she was not just an ordinary girl but a very pretty girl about my age , dressed like a mean girl . She had delicate features and blond hair pulled high into a ponytail , but something was stranger about her eyes . They held a vacant expression that , even from this distance struck me with rigid fear .

They passed in front of me not even caring to look in my direction and shut the door behind them . Why do I feel a sudden rise of anger like emotions in me , and the next thing I did , I started eaves dropping . I went near the door quietly trying to figure out what exactly they were talking about . My inner self raised a brow at me *stalker much Hannah ?*

"Rosalie you need to stay away from her or the truce will be broken" , I heard Jace in an angry tone . But why was he warning this girl I wondered and stay away from who ? Who exactly was he protecting ?

" Oh YEAH ? Don't you remember , she got to die " , she laughs at him while saying that .

And suddenly Jace says "who is that ? " loudly and I somehow manage to run away from their sight before they catch me .

But I tense up , about the fact that someone is going to die ?

I entered my class , and went where Jace sits . Not even having the urge to fight about it . He entered the classroom after 10 mins and I looked up at him , and he was looking at me back , I could see the worry on his face but he still managed to give me a smile again ? Wait a what ?

I was struck on my seat , and my jaw dropped at this . So he came to beside me and I shifted uncomfortable because I was still thinking about what just happened ...

"Happy Birthday , Hannah . " he wished me and smiled again . Is he okay ? And without saying thank you I just raised a curious question .

" How do you know , it's my birthday ? " I asked curiously looking into his eyes something was strange about his eyes , they glowed ... or am I just hallucinating again ?

His lips twitched and he made a straight face again and told me in a really casual way , "Everyone knows about it " . I look around and I see no one has greet me in the hallways or anything except Amanda and I could definitely feel he was lying .

" You are lying . " I blurt out .
"Let's just not try to ruin your day , shall we ? Because I don't owe you any explanation ". He groans at me . He was trying to force himself to be nice .
Then Miss Pickles entered the class and greeted me with a smile and said , " Good morning class , oh and Happy Birthday Hannah . " what how does she know and I suddenly feel embarrassed at the fact that I thought Jace was lying .

And he gave me a duh look with a smile again , what is even wrong with him . So I decided to ignore him during the whole lecture and after the bell rang , I left quickly without even glancing at his side .

Hey guys ! I hope you all are okay . Today is Mine and Hannah's birthday yay ! So it's a long ass chapter divided into two parts . One for the morning event and one for the evening surprises ;)
