Why does love have to come with pain ? Why is there pain always ? Why can't everything just be blissful and in peace ? Why do we all have to go through so many things? So many questions in my mind were popping up like bubbles ...

I slowly adjusted my sight to a strong light shining on my face or should I say sunlight ?
This place looked different , my head hurt and it was not that room I was tied in . This room was huge and open . The windows were big with sunlight coming in the room , this room looked heavenly by the way sun was shining on it . I wonder whose room it is ? Then I noticed I was on huge bed which felt soft as feather , I don't know why . Something about this room was different .

I heard the door opening slowly from the other side of the room and there he was ; Jace . My Jace...

" You are up" he stated flatly with a worried look on his face. His hair all messy , he looked like he didn't slept for days but still he looked so good too me . I couldn't still unlove him .

My voice was raw and caught up .

"Yes." Was all I could manage out of my mouth .

He sat on the side of the bed and took my hand in his .
"I thought I lost you ." He sounded so scared .

"Unfortunately, you didn't ." I replied sarcastically. I knew it was no time for my sarcasm but I was mad because he was still keeping some things from me .

I noticed his hand getting firm on my hand and the next thing I saw was blood coming out of my hand , he clawed my hand . I was shook .

His eyes turning dark , he didn't look like the Jace I know ; he looked demonic but an angel at the same time .. I was speechless while his face stiffened and he was looking lost at my hand where he clawed me . I got scared but I tried to keep myself calm but at the same time , I felt helpless .

I wanted to calm him down , but how ? Suddenly he pulled away and groaned .

"W-what's wrong?" I ask him hiding my fear and pain all at once , my arm was stinging .

"You see what I do to you now ?" His voice deep and dark like some animal but his eyes pleading me for help . His eyes were giving me a signal to free him from all this darkness he got in himself.

"Come here" I tell him in a calming voice , I held my hand towards him while he stood still in front of me, keeping his distance and trying to avoid my hand . He tried to shift his gaze from me and started to look down .

"Please Hannah , I love you but I will hurt you so bad , I don't want you to die because of me ." He dropped down on his knees in front of me , his head down and his voice low .

He looked in so much pain and I wanted to set him free from this pain .

"I have been alone all my life ; waiting for you , this curse made me fall in love with a human and this is what hurts me most because I can't free myself and I can't stop myself from killing you everytime you come near me . " his words were careful while his voice so low and serious .

"I am a hunter of you , my heart will always hunt you down and I will always kill you , so just please let me go and this time live your life with someone who is human ." He continued , no hint of sadness in his voice this time ; but his voice so cold .

My heart was shattering and I was speechless . I didn't know what to say to him because I was so confused about so many things . What does he mean everytime? How many times has he killed me before ? How many lives have I lived ? How many more to come ? Will I die ? Is this my fate ?

"I don't care whatever you are , I don't care what danger you bring me . If I have to die 1000 times , I will die for you . If my death is in your hands , it will be a privilege for me . Because I will not stay away from you " tears streaming down my face , I tell him with all the guts I had in me .

"Why don't you care about your life ? Why are you not afraid of me ? " he ask me stunned .

"Because this is my fate and if my fate is dying , I will die but I will never stop loving you " I told him with no hint of pleading in my eyes .

"Then get ready to break this curse" he smirked and cupped my face with his hands and pulled me close .

Heart is indeed a lonely hunter...
