7- Wake Up

SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING AS MUCH, BUT I WAS GOING THROUGH I FEW THINGS,AND I WAS WORKING ON SOME NEW STORIES  BUT I'M BACK AND I'LL BE UPDATING MORE REGULARLY NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Ms.Laurie stood by the bed wiping her eyes filled with tears of joy as she watch Jalia observing everything. It's been exactly 24 hours since she woke up and almost everybody that came when they found out about her accident was now standing in her hospital room. 

"mhmm." she cleared her voice.

Ms.Laurie lightly jumped at the sound of her clearing her voice.

"you need some water." she had asked her.

Jalia didn't respond fast enough because her mother was already by her bed putting the straw to her mouth. Jalia perked up her lips and covered the straw sipping the ice cold water that went down her throat. 

Everything wasn't clicking to her right away. She had a feeling that she have been in the coma for a long time because every one looked different to her, like they have grown a lot. She took in her mother's appearance. Ms. Laurie didn't look young like she had 4 months ago. Bags filled under her eyes, her face became pale and  small wrinkles started to form in her face.

Jalia slowly pulled away from the cup indicating she was done drinking.

"Im so glad that your finally awake honey." Ms.LAurie smoothly rubbed her hands in Jalia's hair. "we've all been waiting on you." her eyes tightly closed trying to stop the tears. 

Mr.Henderson rubbed his wife back to calm her down. He was just as happy as she was, but was going down a different way of showing it.

"i wanna go home." Jalia looked down and played with her fingers.

"sweetie you can't go just yet...you have to wait." Mr.Henderson answered. He wanted her to come home just as bad. Come home to their house and not to the place she once lived with Jacquees. He made it clear to his wife that when she woke up that Jalia wasn't going back to that condo. 

His relationship with Jacquees slowly died since they found out that he possible have a baby on the way. He still put up with him when he seen him, but as far as having conversations and being there for him. Mr.Henderson couldn't do that knowing that his little girl was heartbroken. When Jalia was going to forgive Jacquees that is when he was going to accept him again. 

"ion wanna wait," she pouted out her lip out and continued to play with her nails.

"you have to Jalia to make sure you are ok." Her mother co-signed with her husband. 

Jalia slowly looked up and made eye contact with everybody in the room. She heard a lot of different voices when she was not in her right mind. It made her not want to be around them. Everything clicked in her mind. The pain that she was feeling all came back to her, the voices, the yelling made her head hurt while she was in the coma. It wasn't peaceful it was painful.

"get out." she mumbled.

No one made a move.

Her patience was far gone out the window.

"GET OUT!!" she yelled as loud as she could.

"Lia, you don't mean that," her mother tried to grab a hold of her hand, but Jalia snatched it away from her.

"GET THE HELL OUT...ALL OF YOU." Her eyes finally meet Jaquees as she finished yelling. 

She ignored the snobs of her mother as his father was guiding her out of the room.

Jacquees opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out. He didn't know what to say to her, everything in his mind was blank.

"go." if lookes could kill then he would be 6ft under right now.

When the door closed leaving her alone in her hospital room, she didn't do anything but cry. Tears of pain poured out her eyes. She thought that it was nothing good worth being here on this earth.(A/N: i hope i worded that right). She didn't want to live here if all it brought was pain and bad memories. Jalia laid back on the bedspread and cried her self back to sleep.

 Jaden slumped over and rested his arms on his knees as he sat down on the red leather couch. He thought that Jalia being up that he would be in a better mode, he was but he didn't feel that she wanted to be up. The way that she yelled at every one hurt-ed him, but he knew that it was the after affect. 

"Jay, whats wrong." Sidney asked walking into the living room. She placed the bowl of purple and green grapes on her glass coffee table.

He lightly shook his head, but she knew he was lying. Sidney and him spent a lot of time together when she wasn't at the hospital being a nurse. She felt very comfortable around him and they started started hanging out a month ago after they seen each other in Jalia's room.

It wasn't a relationship more like a friendship til they wanted to take it to the next level.

"come on, don't be like that." she placed her arm around his shoulder. "is it your sister?" she questioned.

"yea." he mumbled. "she doesn't want to be around us."

"jay, give her time she just woke up. She has to get use to the environment and get use to you all. it will  be like the good ole times, ya know the ones you tell me about." she smiled lighting up the mood. 

Jaden looked over and caught a glimpse of the smile that he fell for the day he met her.

"look..i go in tomorrow and i'll check up on her to make sure she's doing fine...ok."

"alright." he laid back with a smile on his face. "come on so we can watch this weak ass movie." he chuckled.

"Divergent is not weak." she slapped his bare chest.

"yea it is if you have it on boot leg." he wrapped his arms around her as she played the movie with the remote.

"whatever Jay" she smacked her lips.
