As we finally reach an entrance to the forest, the spiders keep going deeper and deeper into it.

We walk through the fog that's directly placed at our feet and Ron whimpers, "Harry, I don't like this...Harry, I don't like this at all..." Harry shushes him and we slowly see all the spiders crawl into this hole that definitely leads to something...rather weird.

I see that Harry's noticed it too and he puts the light up to it to see more spiders crawling into it from the top. "Can we go back now..?" Ron asks, looking up. "C' mon," Harry says to the both of us, gesturing the lamp to the cave. I nod once, shoving the fear into the back of my mind as I grab Ron's arm and drag him in with us.

We walk through the tunnel, Ron holding my shoulders while walking behind me, and we see all the spiders from the ceiling and the floor approach the end and scatter every which way. Big roots, bigger than us, surrounded the ditch that we stood in, Fang walking further and further into it. We continued walking, glancing around at the massive trees and I begin hearing some noises...

Some of the branches around us begin rustling and I look up, then hearing a deep voice from an even deeper ditch, "Who is it?" I jump, clutching onto Ron's jacket. "Don't panic." Harry touches my arm, pushing the light out even further to try and get a glimpse of what's speaking.

"Hagrid...? Is that you...?" The voice asked. My breathing shortens and I grip Ron's jacket even tighter. Harry explains that we're friends of Hagrid's and we all take a step back with horrified looks on our faces. An absolutely huge spider crawls its way out of the ditch and stares us down with it's eight eyes. "And you...Y-You're Aragog, aren't you?" Harry asks, staring at it.

"Yes...Hagrid has never sent men into our hollow before." He says. Harry also explains that Hagrid is in trouble and that there've been attacks at the school. "They think it's Hagrid. They think he opened the Chamber of Secrets like before."

Aragog begins to get defensive and says that it's a lie. While Harry and him continue having that conversation, I notice Ron looking up at the trees around us and I tear my gaze off Ron and onto Aragog, listening to his plea, "Hagrid never opened the Chamber of Secrets." He says.

"Then you're not the monster?" Harry asks, ignoring Ron and me that are standing right beside him. "No. The monster was born in the castle. I came to Hagrid from a distant land in the pocket of a traveler." He explains. I nod, my grip gently loosening on Ron.

"Y/n..." Ron whimpers, yanking my sleeve gently. I put up a finger, "Hold on..." and I continue listening to their conversation. "But if you're not the monster, then what did kill that girl 50 years ago?" Harry asks. Ron continues to look around and I let go of his arm entirely.

"We do not speak of it. It is an ancient creature that we spiders fear above all others." Harry asks if he's seen it, but the answer would be quite obvious, "I never saw any part of the castle, but the box in which Hagrid kept me. The girl was killed in a bathroom. When I was accused, Hagrid brought me here."

"Harry..." Ron tugs on Harry's sleeve and we both respond, "What?" Ron makes some sort of whimper noise and points up. My eyes widen and my mouth drops at the sight of hundreds and hundreds of spiders slowly descending from the sky towards us.

"W-W-Well...Thank you...We'll just...go." I stutter out. "Go? I think not. My sons and daughters do not harm Hagrid on my command, but I cannot deny them fresh meat when it wanders so willingly into our midst. Goodbye, Friends of Hagrid."

We've backed up almost all the way to the entrance, carefully and slowly. "Can we panic now?" Ron asks. A couple spiders land on the ground and they run straight to us, swinging their legs wildly in the air at us whenever they get near. One of them almost touches me before Harry swings the lamp and hits it so that it falls on it's back.
