Chapter 27 : Contest ( Part 2 )

~Darren's POV~

"You nervous?" I asked.

"Yeah." she answered nervously.

"And the winner is......... The winner of the girls is....."

* DRUMROLLS *

"Erika! " the Emcee announced.

Everyone applaused and started squealing. I hugged her tightly. She went to the stage a claimed the trophy.

" Congratulations." the EMCEE said " What can you say?" she asked

"I'm speechless. Wala na po akong sasabihin kundi 'Thank you'. " Erika answered happily.

"Sa boys! Sino bet niyo?" the EMCEE asked.

"Darren! " they shouted.

" The winner of the boys is...."

*DRUMROLLS*

"............... Darren!"

Everyone applaused and started saying 'DarRika!'. I just smiled at them. Then I claimed the trophy.

"Sample naman diyan. Duet kayo."

Then everybody is squealing and squealing.

"What's your song?"

"What song do you like?" I asked Erika.

"I don't know." she answered.

"Domino?"

"Sure!" 

"Domino daw po."

"Domino daw mga, students!" she shouted.

~Erika's POV~

"Mom, can they sleep over?" I asked using my puppy eyes. Sana gumana. Sana gumana.

"Sure. Lemme tell you something

"Of course po. What was it, mom?" 

"Ang sweet ninyo ni Darren kanina." she said and I blushed. ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ Darren is here kaya!

"Mommy~" I said embarrassedly.

"Be honest, do you like Darren?" she asked.

"Ahhm, yes naman po. Bestfriend ko po siya, eh."

"Bestfriend or more than bestfriend?" she asked. Spell hot seat.

"Ahhmm......" 

"Please?"

"Don't be mad po."

" Wala munang boyfriend boyfriend, ha? I think, 18 years old ka pwedeng mag-boyfriend."

"Mommy naman, eh." I said shyly.

"Ikaw, Darren, do you like her?" Daddy asked?

Ano 'to? Interview? Haha! Pero 'pag si Daddy na ang nagtatanong, BOOM PANES! 

He nodded slowly.

"Pero, 'wag muna, ha?" Daddy asked.

"Yes naman po." we said in unison.

"Chrissy! Mom told me na pwede daw kayong mag-sleep over!" I said over the phone.

[ Okay. We'll just pack our things. Bye! ]

*call ended*

I went to Darren's room and, "Darren, what if you'll invite some friends?" I said opening his door. I then saw Jude and Angelo. "Oooh! That's fast, and you know, Chrissy and Andrea are coming!" I told them.

They blushed.

Then, Chrissy and Andrea arrived, "Why are you here?" they said pointing to Jude and Angelo 

"Why? Don't you like?" Jude asked.

"Yieee!" Darren and I teased.

"Oh, stop it." Andrea said.

"What shall we do?" I asked.

"Movie!!!!" they shouted.

"Nightmare on Elm Street!" Darren suggested.

~In the middle of the movie~

"Ahhh!" we shouted because of the scary face we saw. Bakit naman kasi ang pangit ng mumu? Eh?

" You scared?" Darren whispered.

" Obvious ba?" I asked sarcastically.

Then he hugged me tightly! Kiligersss.

~After the movie~ 

"Good night, guys!" I greeted then turned off the lights.

Everyone is now quiet.

Then I felt someone hugging me from the back. It's Darren!

"Walang goodnight? "he asked.

" Nag-goodnight naman ako sa inyo, ah." I answered.

He pouted. Awww, so ADORABLE!

"Sige na nga, Goodnight DarDar." I said kissing his cheek.

"Goodnight cutie." he said while pinching my cheek.

Then we fell asleep hugging each other.
