To those who are confused in anyway....
Itachi is a senior along with his friends and Kisame, he's 19 in the 12th grade
Naruto, Sasuke and etc. are sophomores (just go with it)
When they go on missions, they get excused from school by the Hokage. Their missions can't be no longer than 3 weeks, due to them being in high school.
They wear regular clothes to school, but have a uniform for missions.
