Seanna POV

It’s 7:30 in the morning, and I wake up to my cell phone’s ringtone “Take Me Away” by Keisha Cole. “Hey Babe,” I hear the familiar voice I love to hear as soon as possible in the day.

“Hey Ray, nice of you to wake me up so early!” I joked.

“Ha! I know right?” he teased back. “I was just wondering if you wanted to get some breakfast, just the two of us, before I had to get started with my busy day.”

“Sure Sweetie. Be here by about 8:00?” I asked looking at my clock.

“You sure that’s enough time for you to get ready he teased again.

“That’s more than enough time!” I snapped back, laughing. “Remember? I’m not like most girls.”

“Oh yeah…I remember all right,” he said attempting to sound suave. “I’ll pick you up then. Love you.”

“Love you too,” I replied getting out of my head to head to my shower.

As I turned on the shower water to warm up, I started to brush my teeth. Right as I was about to get into the shower, I was interrupted by a loud banging on my bathroom door.”Let me in! I gotta go!” Of course…It was my older brother, Eli.

“What?!” Did you suddenly get long-term memory loss or something?!” I argued as I put on my long, orange, fluffy robe. “Go use your own!” I was yelling as I opened door.

“Well, I’m already here, he said as he pulled me out of MY OWN bathroom! “See? That didn’t take long at all, did it?” he said with a grimace, wiping his wet hands on his pants.

“At least you washed your hands and flushed,” I replied. “What’s wrong with your bathroom?” I asked, standing in the doorway.

“It’s not as clean as yours is,” he answered with a sly grin.

“Well then clean it! Don’t come in here trying to mess mine up!” I yelled in his face followed by slamming the door in his face.

When I finally got done with my shower, I picked out a pair of white shorts and matched them with my favorite black and white patterned tank top and black and white Nike Airs. I was pulling my hair up into a low bun to the right side of my head and searching for my favorite black silk flower pin to pin in the bun when I heard Eli yelling to me that Ray Ray was here to pick me up.

I quickly ran down the stairs after grabbing my black and what Chanel purse off of my dresser to see that finally my big brother and boyfriend were actually having a civilized conversation for once.

“Nice to see that two of my favorite guys in the world are finally getting along,” I teased them as I hugged Ray around the torso from behind.

They just looked at each other and laughed before putting their attention back on me. “So what do you two have planned today?” Eli asked like a father would.

“Well, Dad, we were just going to go get some breakfast before Ray had to go to rehearsal today. That is okay, right?” I replied smiling.

“Ha. Yeah. It’s fine. Do you want me to come pick you up when you’re done or –“

“Oh, don’t worry about that, Eli! Me and the girls are going to hang out after we’re done. Thanks though!” I quickly interrupted as I pulled Ray Ray out of the front door.

“Okay! Well, I have to go to Moonshine Studios for most of the day to work on some new tracks, so if you need me, you’ll know where to find me!” he yelled as Ray Ray and I were backing out of the driveway.

It was kind of a noisy ride to only have been 20 minutes. We pulled into the section of the parking lot where nearly no one ever parked at the Café.

We were jamming out to “Party” and I was so proud of myself that I finally got Ray singing along with me. “Well that definitely deserves a kiss,” I said as he cut off the engine of his 2008 purple Lexus.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about, but I’ll take your kisses for anything,” he replied flashing me his famous half-smile. “Rehearsal doesn’t start until 9:30 and it’s only 8:25…What else do you want to do? I mean, it doesn’t take us any longer than 20 minutes to eat breakfast.”

I knew exactly what he was hinting for us to do.

“Do I want to make out? Sure! I’m glad you asked,” said sarcastically.

“For real though, Se. Want to or not?” he asked sounding slightly annoyed in a way for some reason.

I just leaned over to him and started gently kissing him. He was so gentle with me. I could tell he cared about me and wasn’t like most of the guys I had gotten myself involved with; he wasn’t just focused on getting into my pants, and I thought it was great that he wasn’t. The hottest guy I’ve met, and out of every single other girl he met backstage that night of their last show of the Scream Tour, he wanted to be with me. I ask him sometimes if he was crazy or felt sorry for me or something and I always get the same answer:

“Of course not, Babe. You’re great to be around and to be able to call you ‘my girl’ and ‘all mine’ is one of the best things I’ve ever been able to do.”

But little did he know, I wasn’t completely his.
