Salimah POV
As I pulled up into the driveway at my house after dropping off everyone else off, I put the car into park, climbed out of the car, and roughly slammed the door behind me. I went to put my house key into the lock, but it was unlocked. Great. Mom’s home.
I opened up the front door, threw my keys on the counter, and slammed the door behind me again.
“Sal! Is that you, Baby Girl?” I heard my mom call from the top of the stairs, followed by her running down the stairs. “What’s wrong?? What’s with all of the slamming??”
“Nothing, Ma,” I mumbled mono-toned as I pushed pass her to go to my room.
“If there’s anything –“ she started.
“It’s nothing, Ma…I promise,” I started to raise my voice but caught myself, remembering who I was talking to. “I just need a nap before I head over to Roc’s later.”
And with that, I went up the stairs and once again, slammed the door behind me.

Seanna POV
As soon as I shut the front door open, I realized the house was empty. Thank goodness.
I ran straight to my room, slammed the door behind me, throw my purse to the floor, and fell face down on my bed, burying my face in the mound of pillows I had on my bed. I began crying. Uncontrollably crying. I thought I could cry for years. Am I that horrible of a friend? That horrible of a girlfriend? And what about Roc? He’s not innocent in any of this.
I got up from the bed and grabbed my purse from the floor. I began digging through it looking for my phone. I began to dial Salimah’s number to see if she would talk to me…But then I erased all of the numbers and dialed Roc’s number instead.
After two rings, I heard his husky voice on the other end. “Hello?” he said.
A faint smile washed across my face for a slight second. Then I remembered why I called him. “Roc! It’s Seanna. I need to tell you something,” I started.
“What is it, bae?” he asked.
“I don’t know how to say it –“
“Just come out and say it already. You’re killing me over here,” he demanded.
Damn, he sounded so sexy when he started getting mad. But he needed to know. “Roc, Sal knows.”
And then I heard a click – he hung up on me.
