I Love Her, She Hates Me

Chapter 3

Chapter 3

JACE'S (A.K.A. NATHANIEL) P.O.V.

Oh god, I thought, that was one of the best sleep filled nights I've ever had. I woke up and went over to Ky's room so that I could get some clothes to change into. I stepped out of the room, and walked over to his door. I knocked and it took awhile for him to open the door. He looked kinda annoyed. I don't care. He's the one who offered to give me some clothes in the first place. I said my thanks and headed back to the room. I started the shower, stripped, and stepped in.

Ahhh, I thought, this is refreshing.

After 15 minutes in the shower, I got dressed and headed downstairs to go eat breakfast. I walked around until I found the kitchen. I told their chef what I wanted. I waited while he made it. I took the plate, said my thanks, and headed towards their dining room. Ky was already there eating.

"Mornin'" I said, to him.

"Mornin'" he replied.

Then his sister walked in, and sat down.

"Hey, there, what happened to 'Good morning Ky.'?" He asked. She gave him some look and then went to go give him a hug. He smirked and she stuck her tongue out at him. We laughed.

"Good mornin', Jace. Did you sleep well in the guest room?" she asked me. She looked back at Ky and smirked at him. He gave her the same look she did and she giggled.

"Mornin', Mely. It was nice. I fell asleep almost immediately, when my head hit the pillow." I replied. "And thank you for letting me stay the night."

"Oh, no problem," Ky told me. "Besides, you looked like you wouldn't be able to find a place to sleep soon."

"Ha-ha, that's true. I would've got lost anyway." I said.

"Ha-ha, umm..." she bit her lip and looked at Ky, then said, "If you want, you can stay at our house a little longer, until you find some place to stay. Our parents probably won't be back for awhile."

She looked at Ky and he sighed. He nodded and she smiled at him.

"Oh, ok. Thanks." I said. I smiled at her and Ky, and they both smiled back.

Then Mely left, as soon as she was done eating. She's pretty cute. I wonder if she would be okay dating a prince. But her brother might not let her. Don't get me wrong, he's cool and all, but he seems to get overprotective when it comes to his sister. When I finally escaped my thoughts, I noticed that Ky had left the room. I shrugged and continued eating. When I finished eating, I left my plate for their servants to clean up. I decided to wander around, looking at things. I went to the backyard. And it was astounding and huge. It was separated into little parts. They had a nice big pool in the middle of their backyard. The cement around it was enough to put folding chairs, a diving board, and to walk around. In the right corner, they had a fountain with a pond and there were a few benches around it. On the opposite side, it was a flower garden, with a few vegetables. In between that, there was a large gazebo. There were cement and rock paths leading from the porch to the other parts of the backyard. I walked around for a bit. It was relaxing and calm. I went and sat by the pond on one of the benches. I closed my eyes and started thinking about what's happened to me so far. Not much has happened but, it was a little shock. I was shaken from my thoughts when I heard stomping. I opened my eyes and turned around to face a very, angry Mely. What went up her ass?

"May I help you?" I asked, politely.

She glared at me, but answered calmly.

"Yeah, you can. How 'bout tellin' me your REAL name?" she said, emphasizing 'REAL'.

WHAT??!! THERE'S NO WAY SHE COULD HAVE FOUND OUT! I mentally screamed at myself.

I inhaled and exhaled deeply, trying to calm myself. I narrowed my eyes and said, "What are you talking about?"

I cocked my head to the side, acting like I was curious of how she came to ask me that question.

She narrowed her eyes and said, "YOU know what I'm talking about. So, don't play dumb with me, you arrogant bastard."

I was shocked. She DID NOT just call me an arrogant bastard, did she? I was still in shock that I didn't even come up with a comeback. Lucky for me, Ky came and he saw me and Mely. I, with a shocked expression and Mely looking pissed. He tried to calm Mely down.

"H-Hey, Mely, c-calm d-d-down n-now," he stuttered.

Is his sister that scary when she gets mad? OH HELL, IMMA BE DEAD SOON, THEN!!

FUCK!! I should try and convince them that I'm not who I really am, if you know what I mean. I snapped out of the shock I was in.

"Why are you calling me an arrogant bastard? I haven't done anything to make you say that." I said to her.

"OH HELL, YOU ALREADY HAVE!" she yelled at me. "I saw the news. How the fuck could you just leave your parents, the king and the queen, like that? They are devastated because you left them. Their youngest son left them. HOW THE FUCK, HUH, TELL ME, HOW COULD YOU JUST LEAVE THEM LIKE THAT? THEY LOVE YOU!"

Then she turned to Ky.

"YOU SEE. THIS IS WHY I HATE PRINCES!" she yelled at him.

Then she just stormed off, leaving me in shock. Ky looked at me and sighed. I looked at him like 'what just happened?' He sighed again.

"She just said she hates princes. And you're a prince aren't you?" he asked.

I just stared at him and then sighed.

Man, I thought, there's no use lying now. They found out.

"Yeah, I am. But can you tell me why she ACTUALLY hates princes?" I asked.

hey srry for not uploading sooner I had school and no ideas for this chapter. So you could say I got writer's block. I am warning you now, expect this from me. So if u want me to upload faster, give me ideas and comments

ok this time I want like 3 votes and 2 comments, then ill upload. And PLZ PLZ GIVE ME IDEAS IF U WANT TO. AND TELL ME WHO'S P.O.V. U WANT ME TO START WITH. IF NO ONE SUGGESTS SOMEONE, THEN I'LL START WITH KY'S P.O.V.
