*Ten years later*
"Come on, Isabella. Mommy is waiting for us." I say as I pull our four year old daughter out of her car seat. She has beautiful white Lilies in her arms to give Demi.
We walk hand-in-hand across the grass. As we get closer... I can see her... Tears start streaming down my face as I fall to my knees at her headstone... Bella crawls in my lap and wraps her tiny arms around my neck. I bury my face into her neck and wrap my arms around her tiny body... She smells just like Demi.
"Give mommy her flowers, baby girl." I whisper. She gets up and places them neatly in front of the headstone.
"Hey Dems... We wanted to stop by to wish you a happy birthday... Bella brought your favorite flowers... I w-wish you could see h-her. She looks s-so much like y-you... But I understand t-that if you w-were here... Bella wouldn't be... I just miss you so much... I s-still love you a-and I always will." I say, tears still falling freely from my eyes.
"I love you too, mommy." Isabella says crawling into my lap again. We sit there for hours just talking to Demi and telling her stories. I will never let Isabella forget about Demi. She is still part of our lives... She always will be...
