Chapter 3 | Before The Sun Rises

{ Matt's P.O.V }

I keep rereading the message over and over not knowing how to react. Why would she text me that? I mean, I love her and only her, I committed to only her six years ago.

I couldn't figure out what to write, I placed my phone down to figure out what to do next.

Suddenly, a siren rings to let everyone know that they need to get ready for shooting.

I had to leave my phone in my room and walk out to everyone getting ready.

After everyone came out in their outfits, they started to gather for filming.

"Matt over here!" called Safiya

"Oh coming" I yelled out

After taking a glance at everyone in their outfits, they were so cool! They were very fitting for the era. But one was standing out, I can't help but stare at Manny. He looked amazing in this dark green jumpsuit with gold accessories; I was a little breath taken. I could feel myself heating up a bit, I was starting to think to myself that Steph could be right in asking that question.

I still didn't have the guts to talk to him after what happened, maybe after tonight I will stop being a bitch & work things out.

Once the Introductions were done, at the entrance to Everlock, we were greeted by a blue-haired clown, yes it was a surprise and I had said that they were delightful in my confessional, but I was just lying to myself obviously.

She explained to us that they have "A Strong Man, A Snake Woman, Dolls with Knives" which obviously meant that this season would be very interesting yet terrifying in regards to it's monsters.

As we entered the 'carnival' we happen to meet Mortimer (Jack), I looked over at Manny and I saw that he and Jack were flirting and laughing a bit together and I felt a little hurt but I wasn't sure why. I didn't know what I was thinking, I can't have any feelings for Manny, can I? I hope the camera didn't catch my sour expression as I stared at them, PRAY TO GOD PLEASE.

{ Manny's P.O.V }

I was talking with Jack, whom I thought that he was pretty cute but not knowing him very well I didn't feel much.

I got a lil flirty with him because seriously, he was doing the same to me. He wasn't as good looking as Matt, but I'll let it slide, I was here to have a good time was I not? Why not use this time to my advantage?

After a bit, I turned around and saw that Matt was looking at me, I could see that he looked kinda hurt and pissed at the same time but I wasn't really sure, he turned away, so I thought nothing of it.

I headed over to the girls after my mingle with pretty boy, hoping to ease my slight suspicions.

{ Matt's P.O.V }

Being fed up with slight jealousy and curiosity, I decided to grab a few guests and go to some of the carnival games.

After a few rounds of a throwing game, I was handed a large bright pink stuffed horse, the owner said that his name was Blanche.

Ro and I decided to follow this Mortimer guy (Even though I hated his guts right now) to the gigantic Ferris Wheel. We hopped into the seat, got comfy, only to find an old newspaper.
