Third Person's POV

"earth to Y/n!" someone snapped you out of your thoughts, you looked up and saw your best friend Jazmine snapping her fingers in front of you.

"what is it?" you asked and saw her eyes roll.

"what do you mean 'what is it?' I've been talking to you for hours!" she snarled making you flinch "tell me what's going in your head?"

you looked away "i-it's nothing"

"are you sure, looks like you haven't slept last night" she worriedly said

"i'm fine you know my weird habit of not sleeping in the middle of the night" you assured her.

"i don't believe you Y/n" she stated and you were shock "i may be a total bitch sometimes but being your best friend for almost 2 years doesn't mean i'm stupid enough to believe your excuses" Jazmine stated that made you look down "if you don't want to tell me i won't force you to" she added and walked over to her seat.

You felt bad at what happened and was about to apologise when the teacher entered the classroom and everyone went back to their seats, you sighed and planned to apologise later.

Four hours of your thoughts drifting and your eyes drooping has ended and it's finally lunch time.

With a fucked up face you went to your best friend Jazmine who's facing her phone and typing on something.

"Hey Jaz I'm sorry for not being open to yo--" she suddenly cut you off.

"It's fine" she said and went out of the classroom.

You sighed, these were the times Jazmine will be mad and not talk to you for a couple of days.

It first happened when you didn't told her your crush and she didn't talked to you for 5 days in revenge.

Feeling extremely sad you went out of the classroom to talk to her, you couldn't stand her not noticing you for another week.

You looked around the school hoping to see her just wandering around aimlessly, for a solid 15 minutes of looking for her you suddenly felt tired and sat down on one of the benches in the soccer field.

You didn't even know that you're already in the soccer fields but all you know is to look for her.

There were a couple of students walking by in groups or alone, some were playing in the soccer fields.

Resting your feet for a couple minutes you got back up and jogged to your classroom, it's almost time to head back.

While aimlessly walking back you bumped into someone.

"Oh I'm sorry!" You apologized and bowed like those Korean actor and actresses do in k-dramas but you're not Korean so why bother?

"Y/n!" Someone chirped, you looked up and saw John standing in front of you.

"Oh hey John, have you seen your sister?" You asked

"No I was looking for her too" he answered and handed you a water bottle "I saw you running around the soccer fields, I thought you were part of the team" he laughed

You laughed as well and drank the water "thanks for the water, I better head to class" you smiled while pointing the bottle

"Oh sure bye" he waved and you waved back.

Well at least the encounter wasn't that awkward, you actually wanted to talk to John about what happened last night but you thought he won't believe you.

Running your way in the hallways towards class, you still can't forget about what happened last night. Surely it was just a dream but then it was not.

You went inside and saw everyone was already there, you made your way to your seat but your eyes lingered around the room and landed on Jazmine.

She's still mad you can feel it, she didn't even glanced at you when you entered the room. You didn't want to lie, you just think it's not necessary to tell her and she won't believe it.

After sitting down you let out a sigh, still wondering on how long your feud is gonna last. The longest one was about 3 weeks.

The teacher came in the classroom, exchanged greetings, teach infront of the class, said goodbye. Repeat for 3 more subjects.

After school you jogged beside Jazmine packing her things who was obviously ignoring you, everyone in the classroom was already gone including the teacher.

"Hey Jaz talk to me" you pleaded but she still won't glance at you, you stopped and sighed.

You were getting tired of her antics, she was mad just because you didn't tell her what bothered you last night that made you stay awake? It was getting ridiculous.

You puffed in annoyance "what is really your problem huh? Why are you angry at me just because I didn't tell you what happened last night? You know just because you're my best friend doesn't mean you have to know every fucking thing that is happening in my life! Stop being so childish and immature! Do you really want to know? Fine I'll fucking tell you just so you can stop acting like that!"

With the sudden outburst she stopped dead in her tracks that was when you realized you went to far.

"H-hey I'm s-sorry--"

"You wanna know why?" She asked and slowly turned to you "it's because I'm Worried for Pete's sake! Don't you see yourself?! You look terrible! You don't fucking know how worried I was when I saw you! I thought something bad happened that made your mind all clouded! I want to know what happened so that you can comply to me, so that you know I'm always here whenever you have a problem!! I'm your best friend!" She shouted back tears on the verge of falling "you are my only best friend in this whole school, you were the only one who accepted on who I really am, the one who didn't judged me, you were the only one who knew all my secrets and was always by my side, I didn't want to lose a friend, that's why I'm being this way! I want to help you because you have no idea on how you helped me! I want to know what's on your mind so at least I can help you deal with your problems, I just want to help you..."

That's when she started crying heavily, your heart broke at the scene, you didn't even notice you were crying as well. It hurts to see your only friend cry and that you're the main reason why she's crying.

"But maybe my actions are childish and immature sorry you had to cope up with that for years" she coldly said and walked away leaving you crying in an empty hallway.

You cried there thankful that no one was there that got to witness you and your friends shouting and you crying.

Slowly you started to sit down on the cold floor, guilt and sadness rinsed on your whole body, your heart was tightened as you sob quietly.

This was the worst fight you and Jaz had, it hurt both of you at the same time. All the fights you two had were all about you not telling your secrets. They were just small fights which ends up with her ignoring you for a couple of days, but today's fight... You think that she might not just ignore you for some time but forever.

And it pains you while thinking about that...

About this chapter... This chapter deals with friendship I had to push aside the love thing and focus on their friendship which is one of the essential part of life.

It's great to have someone you trust your secrets with.
