I was drinking in his dreamy chocolaty eyes without caring what other people might think of me.

"We have... chemistry?" I repeated his words in a question form. Did I do some good deeds to deserve that?!

"Yes, I believe so." He also seemed absorbed in my eyes.

"Ahem!" Oli cleared her throat loud enough to bring us back on the earth. We both broke our eye contact and looked down.

"Hi Oli. Hi Rose." Brant smiled amiably at Oli and Rose.

"Hi Brant." Rose greeted him happily. "We are glad that you also attend this class. Right Liza?" She nudged me. I gave her a fake glare.

"How come I didn't see you any other day?" He asked me confusedly with knotted brows. "Are you attending today for the first time?"

"Ah, it is possible we altogether missed each other." There's no way I could tell him that I didn't prefer to attend chemistry classes.

"But, I never skipped any chemistry class before," he told me with a thoughtful face.

"Then, maybe you didn't take good notice of your surroundings." I smirked.

"Well," Brant laughed contentedly, "that's not true." He looked tenderly at me. "I noticed you."

Thank god, I was sitting at that moment. Because, I couldn't feel my legs.

We stopped talking immediately when professor Jackson entered the classroom. Universally like every time our dear professor explained radioactivity that went straight over my head. But that day I couldn't blame Mr Jackson for my lack of understanding about the topic. Well, come on guys you know very well that it was impossible to concentrate when a handsome soccer team captain was sitting beside you.

And when it was clear that he kinda had a thing for you in his mind.

Not helping! Not helping at all.

"That is all for today, I will see you all at our next class." Professor Jackson told and dismissed us.

"Ugh." I groaned dismally under my breath and Brant laughed. "What? You don't like chemistry?"

"I don't like Mr Jackson," I replied grumpily. He laughed merrily.

"And why is that?" he asked me with an amused expression.

"Because I don't understand anything, and he doesn't care about it. And now I have to spend my hours to understand those things he just blabbred out."

"Well, I can..... help ..... you, to understand the topic," he slowly told me while stealing glances at me. "If you want me to," he hurriedly added.

Oh my god...

"That... would be ......very great," I told him while trying to control my excitement. My inner self was actually dancing right at that blissful moment.

"Cough, Cough." Rose and Oli sufficiently clear their throat to catch our lost attention. Oh shoot, I totally forgot about them.

"You guys can also join us." Brant smiled awkwardly.

"Nah, we are good, we understand everything, professor Jackson is reallllly handy." Rose winked at me.

"Yeahhh." Oli smirked. "You guys go and enjoy your study time with the content of your heart." She winked slyly at me. "Ok, bye see you tomorrow liza." Oli hurriedly bid her proper goodbye and pulled Rose with her.

"So," Brant smiled nervously, "shall we go to the library?

"Yeah, sure." I gave him the same nervous smile.
