ELLE KING daughter of the one and only (let's pretend her father is like one of the biggest hockey stars ever) Leonardo King ex player to the Boston Bruins. While she is the outcome to a one night stand her father seems to be the only responsible parent as her mother basically abandoned her as a child.

The Kings are a pretty complicated family, drama as well as paparazzi following them everywhere they go. Elle finds herself following in her fathers footsteps, learning how to hold a hockey stick before she could even walk.

Hockey was something Elle greatly loved and as she grew older hockey was something she showed great talent in. She was her fathers pride and joy.

One day seemed to change her life for the better. The day she got an acceptance letter from one of the worlds most prestigious hockey based schools. That day was filled with tears of joy and happiness, something that Elle almost never felt.

While the dysfunctional family she had was something she wouldn't trade for the world it was a big pain in the ass. Her sociopathic mother having outbursts that left the poor girl in hysterics for days. Leonardo King made sure to have his ex wife as far away as possible from their daughter even if that meant having a restraining order over the mentally ill woman. Not even a restraining order could stop Marianne Nolan to stop seeing their broken daughter. Sometimes even breaking into the King estate or bursting through the doors of Elle's high school. The sad part was most of the time she was intoxicated.

One thing that made Elle feel normal was hockey. Something she was fiercely dedicated to and held a soft spot in her stone cold heart. Even at times where her mother would ruin her day or even week and sometimes even months, Elle always found her self on the ice. Skating around with a hockey stick in her hands and hitting the puck with all the pent up anger that was held in her. That was when she played her best. When she was angry. Which is probably why she always played so good. Because no matter how happy she was she always had just the right amount of anger built up inside her. Some people might find that as unusual but nothing about Elle King was normal.
