Jinyoung sat at the table across from Jackson who served him an omelette, and along with the dreamy face, Jackson was a chef as well. Or it at least felt like he was, since Jinyoung swore he'd never tasted a better omelette before. Maybe it was just his attraction to Jackson that made him like literally everything the other did, but he didn't really care less, at the end of the day the omelette was good.

"You're a good cook." Jinyoung complimented, shoving another mouthful into himself while staring up at Jackson with such adoration.

Jackson smiled, having been too engrossed in watching Jinyoung enjoy his food that he'd forgotten to eat his own plate. "Thank you, I had to make it the best for you."

"You don't have to do that..." Jinyoung stated, his words muffled from the food he was still chewing.

"Jinyoung there's a lot of things I don't have to do, and you fail to realize that I don't care." Jackson stated, reaching out to squeeze Jinyoung's free hand. "Believe it or not I do what I want, not what I feel obligated to do. You are something I want, and I don't mind doing you either."

Jinyoung snorted, choking on the food he was in the middle of swallowing. He started coughing, and the chuckle Jackson let out died in his throat as he realized that Jinyoung was actually struggling to clear his airways.

"You okay?" Jackson asked, standing up to step over and pat Jinyoung on the back.

Jinyoung nodded, clearing his throat a bit as the chewed food finally sunk down his throat. "I-I'm fine, I just... that was... unexpected..."

Jackson let out a breath of relief, a smile returning to his face. "You're so cute, making you flustered is a piece of cake."

"Is that your goal in life? To make me look like a tomato?" Jinyoung inquired. If so, it was definitely working.

"My goal in life is to get a good job that I love doing and enjoy living. But that's a bit far in the future, so for now my life goal is to smother you with affection and care." Jackson stated with more sincerity than Jinyoung had expected. He flashed a toothy smile at him as he watched Jinyoung blush. "Hey, you wanna go out today?"

"Um, s-sure. Anywhere is fine." Jinyoung stuttered, trying not to die from his fluttering heart.

"Let's go back to the cafe. Our first date." Jackson suggested while taking a bite of his food.

"It wasn't a date though..."

"It will be one now."

Jinyonug smiled, nodding his head. "Okay."

The two showered (separately, though the thought of surprising Jackson in the shower did shamefully pop into Jinyoung's mind) then headed off to where they first ever hung out. Jackson borrowed one of Jinyoung's large sweaters, and Jinyoung had never been so happy to see anyone wear his own clothing before then. They hopped in Jackson's car and headed off to the cafe, sitting at the exact table they first sat in once they got there.

They only ordered drinks, Jackson a glass of lemonade and Jinyoung his usual cup of coffee.

Jackson leaned forward on his elbows, resting his head in his hands as his eyes sparkled with mirth. "So. Jinyoung. Do you always collapse from an asthma attack on the way to school?"

Jinyoung chuckled in response. "You still remember asking me that?"

"Of course I do. I remember all of our moments. I remember that you ordered coffee at 3 in the afternoon, which I still find weird by the way." Jackson stated while pointing out the cup Jinyoung had set in front of him.
