"I was going to kill you, but I guess today is your lucky day." Damon chuckled, patting Carlos on his suit. "Let him go." He tells Razor, and a sigh of relief washes through me as Razor pulls the gun away from his head.
He wouldn't have killed him anyways would he? I mean what was he going to to do, kill him in a room full of witnesses?

Carlos eyes met mine, he held A worried look and in the moment all I wanted to do was hug him. I gave Carlos a nod, assuring him that I would be okay alone with Damon. He didn't waste any time before running off, and probably not looking back,

"What a coward." A dark laugh came from Damon. "That's the type of man you like darling? He didn't even give a concern about your safety, nor did he think twice before running off and leaving you alone."

"You're just a heartless person. You flip the switch and all emotion is gone, like it wasn't even there." I suddenly cough up, although my choice of words weren't wise knowing all the rage the suppressed in him.
Damon's face snarled, venom practically dripping off his lips. He stared at me, his aura giving off pure hate and evil as it expressed from his dulled black eyes.
"Oh don't act like you never knew that. I've warned you multiple times I'm not a good person, and yet you continue to stay. So don't put the blame on me." He looks down at my lips and speaks, practically crushing me with his muscular body that hovered above me.

I looked him in the eyes in able to escape from his grip. "Oh so what? Now I'm a monster for seeing the good in you?"

"Please. You could never be more of a monster than me." He pants looking me up and down.

"Why didn't you kill him?"

"You said if I did, we'd be done." Damon smiled, brushing a strand of my hair back. "You've must have known that would never happen. You love me too much. Although I can't blame you, look at all the work we've done... our little killing sprees, you seduce and I destroy, I love the evil and malice in you, we make the best team. Don't tell me you haven't had fun on our little adventure." Damon smiled softly, and I hated how it still made my stomach flip.

By our little adventure, I knew he really meant how I've began to turn just like him since I've met him.

His muscular arms stayed caging me in on either sides, as he looked down on me.

"I'm done Damon."

He winced, "Don't say that."

"It's over. Go home."
His eyebrows pulled in. "You're my home."
His words cut me, and my chest tightened so much that it was hard to breathe. "You've made your choice Damon, I've made mine." I said, inwardly cursing the quivering in my voice.
"I am going to stay the hell out of this town, and the hell away from you." He suddenly pulled away from me, swinging his arms in the air roughly. I watched as he walked to the other side of the wall, and I jumped frighteningly hearing him slam one of his fist to the wall. He kneeled his head down against the wall, where a slight indent took place from his punch. "Im such a fucking screw up I fucked everything up." He murmured into the wall. "You can't possibly hate me more than I hate myself."

I took in a deep breath, I have never seen him this way. "Look at me," I said. It took him a moment, but I waited patiently. He softly lifted his head up from the wall and turned his head.  Our eyes met and he released a small trembling breath. "This was all a thoroughly dramatic way to get my attention, don't you think? Its like you don't know how to use your words, so instead you rely on your violence to talk for you. "

Adriens voice was like velvet, he knew she was talking about they way he acted out about Carlos. Damon couldn't tell if it was curled around the edges with amusement or danger. He couldn't even tell if it was safety, a shiver ran down his spine.
