chapter four - Ralph?

You turn to the noise and find a badly damaged android. An almost dead one. He had a massive gash out the side of his cheek and seemed very skeptical of the fact that you were here. "Ralph doesn't like humans, humans hurt Ralph, how does Ralph know you won't hurt him?" And with that he has you at knife point. You physically can't move and began to cry harder and you ears and tail become more and more relevant. You look Ralph in the eyes with plead in your eyes and he replies with sympathetic ones. Ralph lowers the knife. "I'm sorry, Ralph doesnt like humans, humans hurt Ralph." Ralph then proceeds to point toward his injury. "I...it's ....fine.....r...Ralph" and with that you slip down the wall your on and curl up to your knees and proceed to cry. "What is humans name?" Ralph asked. "(Y/n), my name's (y/n)" and you try to smile at Ralph through your tears. Ralph then walks away for about 3 minutes and returns with this old jacket and places it around you. "Ralph thought that (y/n) might be cold so Ralph got his jacket for her" you smile up to Ralph and gladly take the jacket and snuggle up into it despite the smell of cigarettes. "Why does (y/n) have ears and tail and why is she crying ?" Ralph asks. You look up to him and reality hits you he's seen your ears and tail. You begin to panic and start to breath a lot quicker almost going into a panic attack but Ralph comforts you "Ralph won't tell anyone your here. Ralph doesn't want to upset his friend " you look up to Ralph and listened to his words and his emotions through them. He actually ment what he said. He really did. Your breathing begins to slow down and you start to answer Ralph's questions. " I...I am a meifwa and I know there's no one else like me, I've always hid my ears and tails and the only people that knew of it where my parents and they did like the fact that I was different." Your eyes begin to water while telling Ralph your experience with you parents abusing you. " And the...y they....hurt me.....hurt me ....alot. and you roll up your t-shirt to the point of your stomach being shown and there it was. The cigarette burns and there was a small scar in the middle of your stomach where you had been hit with a broken plate. This scar was the most painful one you had as this was when you realised your 'mum' wanted to kill you because all humanity lost her eyes. When you looked at your old parents all you saw were humans but no humanity. Ralph looks at your scar and starts to cry. "Ralph is sorry that (y/n) went through that. Ralph has similar story. Humans thought it would be fun to play with Ralph and this was the result" and he point to the massive gash in the side of his face. You look at it closely and you remembered some of the repair book you read on biocomponentes. You look at Ralph very closely almost as if you were investigating him. "Ummmm....(y/n) why are you starring at me." And you look away in embarassment "I .....I was just analysing your injury, I can help repair parts of your injury but only if you want me to. " You give a smile to Ralph and really are glad you have someone to talk to, someone that won't judge and isn't doing it for there own benefit. Your think Ralph could read your mood as he replies with " I would love to be helped by you (y/n)" with that you tell Ralph to sit down and you find a hot rod that was in the fire that Ralph had made. "Ralph I'm going to close the wound on your face with the rod, but if you don't feel comfortable with me doing it you can." You say with a smile as you didn't want to hurt Ralph or make him panic. "It's fine Ralph trusts (y/n)" with that you use the hot rod and press it at the edge of his wound and closed up the area so that he wouldn't lose anymore blue blood. "Ralph when I get the chance I'll drop off some blue blood so you can replenish what you lost" you say with a smile once again. "Ralph is very happy that he made a friend as nice as (y/n)." This covered your body with a warm feeling of happiness and accomplishment. "(Y/n) is very great full to have a trust worthy friend like Ralph around." With that you put the hot rod down and walk up to Ralph and give him a hug. "I'm gonna have to go now as I have stuff to do, I'll come back some time to talk" Ralph seemed surprised by the hug but he reluctantly hugged back. "Ralph would appreciate that " and with that you release Ralph from the hug you retract your ears and tail and go to walk out onto the street.
