Chapter 25

Percy's Pov

You could say I'm pissed. 

I always am.

But I'm not going into it.

We have a war to fight. We have Ouranos but he has allies. Both Pontus and another Primordial that is helping them but we don't know who it is. 

Poseidon has been fighting against the sea with his own war. the sea is the largest battlefield besides the air. 

I walked into my office and sat down in my chair. The desktop which has been here had the inbox at 666 notifications. Whether it was emails or updates, and I have to go through all of them. 

So I opened my Gmail, and went to work.

Three hours, and not even a quarter way through. I leaned back to rub my eyes. They were being funky with the new black and red. I could see more, someone, maybe it was Annabitch who told me once that our brains had the capability to see magnetic ways and that our brains didn't have the input to make our eyes see it. Maybe, I can see those now.

The waves are strange here in the pit they were even, the same. But up on the surface the bigger structures and cities, mountains and heavy metal concentrates. had silver lines running faster than fields with nothing special in them.

They also act differently around people. For some reason they stand still just around them. So big cities are like traffic jams.

Another three hours pass, half way through.

Six more hours, I'm finally done. I don't even bother to walk I shadow travel to my room. Bianca is laying in bed on a tablet probably reading something called fanfiction? That stuff is BS I read one Marvel after my small Endgame depression and never again that stuff was so horribly written that even my dyslexia had anxiety. 

I took off my shirt and threw it on the chair and ditched my pants too. I climbed into bed and used Biancas stomach as a pillow and I felt her hand run through my hair.

"Our baby's all grown up." I whispered 

"She has been for a long time." Bianca whispers back to me. 

Then I fell asleep.
